Hermoso lugar pero demasiado ruidoso , en plena noche el personal a los gritos en la planta baja , tuvimos que pedirles varias veces silencio y aún así nos ignoraron. Pudimos dormir solo cuando todos se habían ido

What a wonderful find! Perfect location near the Gorica bridge. A lovely characterful hotel. My room was spacious and spotless, and the breakfast was amazing!

El desayuno era a las 8, ( tarde para ser Albania) y cuando bajé alli no había nadie. Justo entraron los empleados por la puerta. Les dije que llevaba prisa que me iba al aeropuerto, que solo queria unas tostadas y un cafe, a las 8 y media salia por la puerta con un cafe y sin desayunar.
El hotel tiene un bar abajo y ponen música que estaba demasiado alta y no dejaba dormir.

Beautiful old structure right in the heart of the old city with lovely modernized rooms. The staff were helpful and we enjoyed a lovely stay.

O quarto (quádruplo) é exatamente como nas fotos. Estava limpo, mas encontramos uma traça. Nosso quarto era no terceiro andar e o hotel não tem elevador.
O hotel fica a uns 10 minutos andando da parte principal de Berat.
O café da manhã foi extremamente decepcionante.

We loved Berat & the hotel was super friendly most of the staff spoke English, thank you.

Habitación familiar grande y confortable, de estilo rústico, con ventana que da a la lavandería, podrían mejorar esa cortina para más privacidad. Todos los pequeños inconvenientes son compensados por la hospitalidad de sus trabajadores y la buena comida.

Super mooie kamer en goede service

Fantastische ervaring gehad hier, is van origine een restaurant en heeft wat hotelkamers. Hotelkamer was van alle gemakken voorzien. Het personeel is ontzettend aardig het is een warm welkom en je voelt als familie. Ontbijt is geweldig uitgebreid. Ook je lunch of avondeten is echt een aanrader hier
De auto kan je op een open terrein neerzetten of een beveiligde parkeerplaats waar wij 10 euro voor 2 volle dagen betaald hebben.

Lovely hotel, nice rooms, very clean and good service. But the AC was usess and that made the room uncomfortable to stay in.

This was the best Hotel WE Had during our Albania Trip. The rooms are really beautiful, nice staff and starting your day with a breakfast on the balcony is delightful
