Nakit olmazsa olmaz diyerek müşterileri zor durumda bırakmaları, bbooking .com da bu açıkça belirtilmesi gerekiyor, tesisisin kredi kartı kabul etmediği. İkinci bir konuda booking.com da ücreti karşılığı kahvaltı alabileceğimiz yazmasına ragmen tesis kesinlikle kahvaltı vermiyor. Bu işlem müşteriyi yanıltmaya yönelik bir eylem, ben aramada kahvaltı seçeneği koymuştum buna ragmen bu tesis önüme geldi.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and communicative before arrival and let us check in at 3 am in the morning. The directions was easy to understand and the parking area was showed to us in advance. The room was ok for a short stay.

Cons:

The bathroom area was too small. While using the shower facilities the glass wall, which separated it from the bathroom detached, luckily nothing broke down. So all in all, the room was ok for a short stay, but I wouldn't spend additional night there.

Es gab nicht, wie bei booking geschrieben ein Frühstück im Hotel. Check Out laut booking und auch nichts anderes vermerkt im Hotel 12 Uhr. 5 min nach 11 Uhr klopft Rezeption, dass wir das Zimmer verlassen sollen. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war mehr als schlecht (1m entfernt Fenster Wohnhaus), so dass Vorhänge die ganze Zeit geschlossen halten mussten.

Hotel où on tente de vous arnaquer avec des frais de séjour. Les prix affichés sur booking comprennent les frais de séjour et sont transparents. Ils tentent de vous convaincre du contraire et tentent de vous facturer 10-15€ en plus sur place.
Ne vous laissez pas avoir.
Lorsque j’ai insisté, ils ont supprimé ces frais imaginaires.

Mais surprise en rentrant en France. ils ont informé booking que je n’ai pas séjourné dans l’hôtel pour faire debiter ma carte.

Pour résumer, c’est un hotel avec une gestion malhonnête avec des chambres mansardées et pas propres. je deconseille tres vivement.

Pros:

They got extra fee from us in name of "tourist tax" which is additional amount to what is shown in Expedia. Also reception at the nighttime was not welcoming.

I used this place for pitstop for my other trips, in overall room is good. But couldn't stay there more than 2 days. Extra fees and explanations regarding them is annoying. ( poor management in overall )

Eravamo già stati in questo hotel circa tre anni fa e avevamo deciso di tornarci perché ci eravamo trovati bene. La struttura è stata rinnovata, la stanza era confortevole e il bagno in ottime condizioni.

Cons:

Al momento del check-in ci è stata addebitata la tassa di soggiorno, nonostante su Booking fosse indicato che tasse e costi fossero inclusi; a quanto pare, si tratta di un problema comune per molti ospiti. Non siamo riusciti a dormire e riposare bene a causa della forte presenza di zanzare in camera: lo staff ci ha fornito un’apparecchio antizanzare, ma purtroppo non è servita a risolvere il problema.
