Estancia estupenda
Pros:

La localización y el personal es excelente. Está todo muy nuevo , limpio y cuidado. Muy céntrico , cerca de todas las principales atracciones de la ciudad y del mercado. Hacen una tarta de zanahoria casera deliciosa. Se puede solicitar yogur, pan caliente para tostada o huevos. La atención del personal es estupenda. Personas con movilidad reducida tienen habitaciones en planta baja.

Cons:

Todo fenomenal. El café es de cápsulas y solo entra uno (el segundo te vale 100 lek).

L'hotel era in una posizione ottima per visitare la città.
Lo staff è stato super disponibile e ha gestito in maniera squisita la mia richiesta di late check out dal momento che avevamo il volo tardi ed avevo la febbre alta.

Cons:

La colazione era misera, i prodotti non erano male ma pochissima scelta.
In camera non c'era nè una macchinetta del caffè nè un bollitore.

Light breakfast was included and very central location in Tirana! Staff was friendly and responsive.

Cons:

Bathroom was not cleaned properly (brown spots & hair on the floor). The room was very hot, and poor ventilation (there was an aircon though)

Sehr zentral, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr sauber. Das Personal hat länger auf uns gewartet, als wir zu spät kamen. Auf Anfrage konnten wir für eine Nacht im Hof parken.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación muy cerca del centro de la ciudad y del mercado. Cerca del hotel también hay supermercados, cafeterías y restaurantes. El personal es atento y muy amable. Las habitaciones son limpias y acogedoras.
