My husband and I loved the variety of food from the buffet, and the fact that the choice of food was traditional, which showcased the country's identity. We were pleased that we didn't have to worry about any pork pruduce, which might have caused great concerns for us. Loved the pleasantries that we received from a kind, caring and supportive staff. This made our stay at Troci Hotel a comfortable and memorable one. Great eat out places in local surroundings and lots of great places to visit.
We would have loved more choices of hot beaverages for example, fruit or herb tea for individuals who abstain from caffeinated drinks.
The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, the breakfast was great, and the private parking was very convenient. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated that a late check-out was possible for us.🩷
Unfortunately, our stay was affected by very loud noise from a party or wedding next to the hotel, continuing until shortly after midnight and starting again before 8:00 AM. It was extremely loud, even with earplugs.
I want to emphasize that I do not blame the hotel for this, as I understand that events nearby are completely outside the hotel’s control. The noise was definitely frustrating and affected our stay, but it does not affect my opinion of the hotel itself. Everything else about our stay was amazing, and I would still rate the hotel 9/10.
Personalet var super flinke og imødekommende!!! Vi havde booket Troci hotel til en enkelt overnatning og vi fik lov til at spise morgenmad på indtjeknings dagen da vi skulle tjekke ud klokken 04.00 om natten og derfor ikke ville kunne nå morgenmad som starter klokken 07.00 om morgen - virkelig virkelig god kundeservice!!! Derudover var værelset virkelig rent og behageligt og perfekt beliggenhed i forhold til Tirana lufthavn så hvis man skal rejse sent om natten eller tidlig morgen er dette hotel perfekt placeret!!!
