Pros:

Hôtel neuf à mi chemin entre aéroport et centre ville (voiture quasi obligatoire), très confortable et très bien chauffé. Quartier tranquille. Parking aisé.

Cons:

Rien. L’hôtel ne correspond cependant pas aux critères habituels d’un 5* en termes de services. Mais c’est un exceptionnel rapport qualité prix.

Ce qui est attendu d'un hôtel 5 étoiles en entrée de gamme.
Pros:

Très belle suite avec jacuzzi privatif. Je remercie le personnel pour l’accueil et d’avoir su répondre à mes requêtes avant même mon arrivée dans l’établissement.

Cons:

La température de la chambre était assez froide, néanmoins le personnel a su faire ce qu'il fallait.

Exceptional service at the Troci hotel. I enjoyed my stay, from the warm welcome from Denny at the reception to the breakfast meal, and the friendly staff. I recommend this hotel whenever you come to Tirana you will enjoy your stay.
