Utsikten var det enda.

Cons:

Dålig service i restaurangen. Ingen service alls och man fick vänta länge. Poolen var iskall i början av november så det gick inte och bada trots fint väder.

Lovely family stay in stunning location
Pros:

Stunning location and beautiful hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly and the room was very comfortable and quiet for our family trip. The kids loved the bunk beds too! Good quality of furnishings and general quirkiness of the hotel such as the giant apple seats in reception were also a hit with us. Breakfast was good and varied and the restaurants were very smart with friendly staff.

Cons:

We felt the prices in the restaurants were a little on the high side for Tirana in comparison with other venues.
The lack of dressing gowns or slippers in the rooms and also limited supply of things such as teabags and water in the rooms. Some additional supplies of these would have improved the general offer from the hotel at limited cost.

השירות היה מתחת לכל ביקורת ולא נהנינו בכלל. ביחס למחיר ששילמנו, ציפינו לקבל שירות ברמה סבירה, אך לצערנו התאכזבנו מאוד. החוויה הייתה רחוקה מהציפיות שלנו, ולא הרגשנו שקיבלנו תמורה הולמת למחיר.
