Me gustó la estadía, la disfruté mucho y el personal es un amor.

Cons:

Intenté tomar unas fotos en el hotel, me dijeron que no tendría un costo y el día de la sesión me dijeron que costaría 200 euros. Al final realicé las fotos en otro lado.

Magical stay
Pros:

The hotel was amazing!! The receptionist made my stay complete I would come back for that reason! The food at the Sky bar restaurant was amazing the aesthetics the staff the view was phenomenal! I would like to say a massive thank you to ARTA and ALDO for making us feel welcome and making the stay at the hotel extra special amazing individuals helped us with all questions asked, very informative, professional and polite thank you again!!

A fantastic experience with exceptional service and quality
Pros:

I can't say enough good things about my experience! The customer service was top notch the hotel was spotless and so peaceful I adored all the artwork and the food was absolutely exceptional.

It’s a little outside the city center but it's totally worth it

It was good
Pros:

The room is really pretty and very clean. We went and there was just two of us and one other couple . The rest of it was empty . Which I didn’t mind but it’s makes me question why as a 5 star hotel only 2 bottle of water were given on request per day more than this you had to purchase water also the breakfast was quite bad . To explain they had one table with small plates of white cheese salami/ pepperoni tomatoes sliced cucumber slices 3 boiled eggs with the shell on and 2 pieces of bread and two brown small buns, 1 conrflakes dispense with no milk or sugar and 2 juice dispensers . The table was a a meter by 50 cm for the whole room for breakfast . I was expecting a buffet style breakfast as I paid 47 pound additional and the breakfast was very bad . Compared to holiday inn . Holiday inn wind by a mile . However I did complain and the answer I revived was it’s a quiet season this is why a limited very limited breakfast but they will speak to the chef. Going back to positive the views of Tirana and mountains were exceptional the hotel was very clean and staff were friendly xx I just wish the breakfast was better as seen on TikTok it was good but in real life they cut corners due to the season being quite which isn’t fair .

Such a beautiful great atmosphere around the hotel vicinity’s
Pros:

The hospitality was top notch from the receptionist called Arta lady. She was so friendly, and made our stay a very enjoyable experience.

Cons:

The rooftop foods were too expensive and over priced. And the foods wasn’t up to our expectations.
