Déçu car un soir il n’y avait plus d’eau chaude donc j’ai annulé mes rdv du soir et le personnel de la réception ne voulais rien savoir mais bon

Food is great, service was good, gym is great.
The pool area is beautiful and very comfortable.
Rooms were good.
This is a great hotel but it is more for adults than kids, although there is are a family rooms, the atmosphere is more for couples and it's super quiet.

Cons:

Service in the restaurant can be better but overall it was good.

La piscine et le cadre

Cons:

L’emplacement, le fait de devoir passer devant un gardien et de trouver difficilement l’hôtel. Je ne trouve pas de devoir payer pour choisir l’emplacement des transats alors que nous sommes clients de l’hôtel. La mosaïque de la piscine est vétuste et mon maillot de bains est devenu vert !! Est ce normal pour un hôtel 5 étoiles ?

Fantastisch….zeker voor stellen!
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, echt een mooie ambiance en bovenal de luxe….rooftop zwembad!! Bar, uitzicht, zon…. Heerlijk!

Cons:

Het is er heel groot. Meer een resort, waardoor het wel even zoeken is buiten het hotel om waar je zijn moet (bv parkeren, aanrijdroute etc)

Emplacement la vue imprenable sur Tiana avec sa piscine à débordement immense..

Je trouve regrettable que pour un établissement de ce niveau la piscine ne soit pas mieux entretenue, il y avait du vert sur les f parois et sur le fond de la piscine! des carreaux mosaïque décollé par réparer, l’eau était trouble!! ce qui veut dire que ça faisait un petit moment que L’eau n’avait pas été entretenu!

We loved Arka Art hotel, the pool experience was a perfect opening of our trip to Albania :)
Pros:

Firstly we loved the Art in the hotel. It has a very unique design linked to nature. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, they made sure to take care of us and answer all questions we had. Hotel was clean and neat. We found our beds comfortable, and had a good sleep due to the thick curtains that darkened the room. Air conditioning worked good as well.
What has to be mentioned is the pool placed on top of the hotel, with a view on Tirana. The panorama was breathtaking and beautiful both during the day and night. There is a restaurant and a bar as well.

Cons:

Had minor issues with facility: missing hanger in the bathroom, had no place to hang wet towels. Also our chip did not work properly and the lift didn’t work for us. The stone stairs could sometimes be slippery, and there was no handrail to hold onto. One side had a wall, while the other side was protected by glass, but there was still no handrail, which made the stairs feel a little unsafe. Still, we had a great stay and would recommend this place.
