השירות בקבלה היה מעולה, המסעדת סושי למעלה היתה מעולה .

לקחת בחשבון שהמיקום של המלון הוא קצת בעייתי מבחינת ההגעה , אל תשמשו בוואיז אלא רק בגוגל מפות ולוודא שהכתובת נכונה כפי שמופיעה בבוקינג
האוויז הביא אותנו מדרך לא נכונה ואז היא היתה חסומה והסתובבנו מלא עד שמצאנו את הדרך הנכונה ובזבזנו זמן
לכן שימו לב לזה .

Pros:

Het uitstekende zwembad met een mooi uitzicht ook vanaf het bar gedeelte.

Ruime badkamer/ toilet enkel lekte de douchekop

Cons:

Persoonlijk vond ik de afwerking met name het schilderwerk her en der vrij slordig.

Daarnaast konden wij met de buren zowel hoorbaar als voelbaar de nachtelijke activiteiten meekrijgen dit was minder.

Pros:

We had a really enjoyable stay at Arka Art Hotel. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, with the city centre just a short distance away.

The biggest highlight of our stay was Arta at reception. She truly deserves recognition for the excellent service she provides. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and comfortable, helped us check in smoothly, answered all of our questions, and was always kind, friendly, and happy to help with any request we had. Staff like Arta make a real difference to a guest’s experience, and she is a real credit to the hotel.

Overall, a great hotel with excellent service, and I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The only downside for me was that the swimming pool is also open to day visitors, so it can get quite busy with people who aren’t staying at the hotel. If you’ve specifically booked the hotel to relax and enjoy the pool, this can be a little disappointing at peak times. It wasn’t a major issue, but it’s something to be aware of.

The hotel could also improve the parking signage, as it wasn’t immediately clear where to park on arrival.

Hotellet er virkelig verdt ett besøk
Pros:

Hotellet er annerledes enn vanlige hoteller.
Rommet var pent, delikat og romslig.
Rooftop bassenget var ett unikt tilbud og kjempe vakkert.

Cons:

Ikke den beste frokosten som jeg har fått servert her i Albania

Perfekt!
Pros:

Stora bekväma rum, fint poolområde, stort gym, samt trevlig middag på rooftop.

Cons:

Enkla basala saker saknades på rummet så som skohorn och fungerande hårfön. Hade önskat bättre bröd till frukosten.
