Pros:

Careful: Front desk will try to trick you and charge you more
The area is breath-taking, the weather was awesome.
Breakfast was good, and the staff there were nice people
Front desk person was not nice: the front desk person tried to take money from us without due right. We requested a late checkout, and he checked with the manager and told us that we have until 1pm, and if we stay 1 minute longer we would have to pay 20 Euros per room (we had 5 rooms), and we were down 12:45pm to make sure we do not exceed the allowed time, and then he requested 20 Euros per room because we stayed beyond 12pm (the original checkout time). When we told him that he allowed us to stay until 1pm, he lied and said that I told you this was for a charge, when we insisted, he said, I have cameras monitoring the lobby and everything is recorded, and when we insisted to see the video to prove that he told us that we will be charged for the the extra hour, he just said: never mind, I will just not charge you.

Pros:

Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room.

Pros:

Prachtig gelegen tussen de bergen aan een rivier. Hier heeft het hotel ook strandbedjes beschikbaar. Dineren kan prima in het restaurant. Ontbijt is goed e de kamers zijn modern. Ligt wel ver van de bewoonde wereld, dus ga voor je rust.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble
Pros:

Bel hôtel , belle chambre et très belle vue depuis le balcon.
Au bas des jardins de l’hôtel , on peut accéder à une petite plage au bord de la rivière pour se rafraîchir et avoir un autre joli point de vue.
Personnel dans l’ensemble accueillant, nous sommes même tombés sur une hôtesse très agréable qui parlait français.
Petit déjeuner correct mais plutôt orienté salé , donc pour ceux qui sont plutôt sucrés risque de « déception » . Côté restaurant , choix limités : seulement quelques spécialités locales ou encore des plats avec des mélanges particuliers (ne convient pas à tout type de clients selon moi)
