What can I say? The luxury tropical style pool with relaxing water fountain facing the bay of Ksamil from the hill, the unobstructed view from the (spotless clean) room balcony . Amazing short stay in a beautiful hotel that I truly recommend to everyone looking for the perfect combination between confort, 2 minute walking distance to the beach and 5/10 minute walking distance to the main shops and restaurants street. The reception personnel gave us the best help , from the check in till the booking of the taxi to go to Pulebarda Beach . TOP EXPERIENCE

Struttura perfetta. Rubi alla reception una ragazza gentilissima. Afrim, appena siamo arrivati ci ha aiutato subito con i bagagli. Sono ospitali, l’hotel è tranquillissimo e la colazione ottima. Tutto molto calmo, pulito, attento. Abbiamo soggiornato al meglio e abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa. Camere stupende.

Hold jer langt væk fra dette hotel – det lever på ingen måde op til sine 4 stjerner. Jeg kan absolut ikke anbefale det.

Desværre levede hotellet slet ikke op til forventningerne til et 4-stjernet hotel. Personalet var ikke imødekommende, smilede ikke og virkede ofte sure og uoplagte. Servicen var generelt meget dårlig.

Vi blev bedt om at tjekke ud kl. 10.30, og selvom vores børn gerne ville bruge poolen lidt længere, fik vi at vide, at vi ikke måtte benytte hotellets faciliteter efter udtjekning. Det har vi aldrig oplevet før på et hotel i denne prisklasse.

Morgenmaden var meget skuffende. Udvalget var begrænset og ikke varieret, og der var kun gratis kaffe mellem kl. 8 og 10. Derefter skulle man betale ekstra for en kop kaffe, hvilket vi også fandt mærkeligt.

Alt i alt svarer hotellet efter vores mening mere til et 3-stjernet hotel end et 4-stjernet.
