New and upcoming hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our visit. They will also exchange Euros into Albanian Lek if you need that.

Parking at the hotel restaurant area was a bit tight, but the team was very helpful in assisting us and ensuring everything worked out smoothly. Their attentiveness truly stood out.

The location was very convenient, close to a grocery store and ATM, and just a short drive to downtown, making it easy to get around and explore.

Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend staying here. We would gladly return in the future!

Great hotel, great service, great staff.
Pros:

I liked everything but particularly the staff, especially the receptionists. Everyone was super kind, friendly and helpful; among all, Jenny was an especially captivating lady with her super helpfulness and kindness. Many thanks for everything again!

Breakfast buffet had some high (eggs) and low (byrek) lights
It would have been nice if the dinner menu included Albanian vegetarian options (eg bean stew)
Some street & dog noise from the surroundings over night, earplugs could be helpful for noise-sensitive sleepers

Een leuke bestelling iets buiten het drukke stadcsentrum.
Pros:

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De matrassen waren heel goed. Het eten was heel lekker. Ook de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding in het restaurant was goed. Het was leuk dat we de wagen op het terrein konden parkeren
