Rozafa Palace Hotel

Marvelous. Excelent service

Het hotel is een van de mooiste hotels in Sarande. Nieuw, proper, mooi verzorgd, top! Heel fijn dat er een parking in het gebouw zelf is, want in de omgeving is parkeren echt een ramp.
Echter wat het hotel uniek maakt, is naar ons gevoel echt wel het personeel. Dit zijn veruit de vriendelijkste en meest behulpzame mensen die we in een week Albanië ontmoet hebben. Echt fantastisch!
Enige minpuntje is dat ze geen restaurant hebben, dit hadden we op voorhand niet gezien en wel graag geweten.
Strandhanddoeken worden ook niet voorzien.

Our experience at Rozafa was great. The hotel was located in a quiet area and the rooms were very modern plus the service was great. I highly recommend this hotel for someone who is visiting Saranda.

This hotel was nothing short of luxurious, but what truly set it apart was the incredibly kind and thoughtful staff. One day, I was on my way to a restaurant that was a bit of a walk from the hotel. As I was strolling along, one of the hotel staff happened to see me and without hesitation, stopped his moped, offered me a ride, and took me directly to the restaurant.

It was such a genuine and heartwarming gesture that perfectly captures the amazing service and spirit of this place. The hotel itself was stunning, but the staff made it truly unforgettable.

Beautiful hotel, extremely friendly staff and comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in.

Everything was perfect, from the person who makes the coffee in the morning ( don’t remember his name) to Erica at the reception who help us almost every day with suggestions and everything, nice talking with the guy from the bar every night And of course ” Mom” who is a lovely person! ❤️

In fact we enjoin our week at lot thanks for these persons , Thanks so much!

Something that i cannot forget to mention is the Amazing breakfast , everyday fresh fruit and a lot of different choices.
We got a ride to the beach from one of the owner, we appreciated a lot!.

Ottimo hotel, in posizione tranquilla, lontano dal caos del centro di Saranda e molto vicino alla strada per le spiagge di Ksamil. Molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Parcheggio al piano -1 con ascensore davvero comodo (per avere sempre l'auto fresca). Colazione abbondante con richieste su misura. La stanza a disposizione aveva la vista sul mare con un balcone con due poltrone, bellissimi tramonti. Molto silenzioso nonostante la strada adiacente spesso trafficata. Personale cortese. Acqua calda non sembre bilanciata, come in altri hotel dell'albania forse sarebbe necessario avere anche cuscini bassi più ergonomici per il collo.

This hotel is located in a very convenient place close to everything. The hotel doesn't have elevators but they helped with the luggage that was very nice.
They offer trnasfer orn"taxi" but they over-priced the rate. I didn't like that The cost of a taxi is between 8 to 10 € they charged us 20. Other than that we had a good stay.
