Ввічливий персонал,всі доброзичливі починаючи від ресепшену до клінерів. Хочеться повернутись,що обов'язково зроблю

Cons:

Трохи не вистачило де повісити вологі рушники у санвузлі, тому вішали на шафу(немає ні крючків,ні сушарки спеціальної)

Чудово, рекомендую.
Pros:

Все було просто чудово. Тепло при відключенні світла але дуже довго потрібно було прогрівати номер. Тепла вода, графінчик з безлімітною водою, чисто, зручне ліжко і постіль, ресторан з приємними цінами та дуже смачні сніданки. Я в захваті. Усі працівники дуже привітні і професійні ( абсолютно всі) я дуже задоволена своїм перебуванням тут. Приїздитиму сюди частіше.

Було б доречно встановити в ванній або в номері хоч якісь рушникосушарку щоб хоч якось сушити нижню білизну ( немає жодного джерела тепла окрім вмонтованої системи вентиляції, у звʼязку з цим я заїхала в холодний номер який програвався більше 12-ти годин до комфортної температури (щоб знаходитись в піжамі) також дуже бракує якогось гачка в ванній біля умивальника шоб повішати мокрий рушник або рушник для обличчя.

Забронювали номер у букінгу, є підтвердження броні, приїжджаємо вночі в комендантську, а нам кажуть місць немає, нічим не поможемо!

У кулері можна набрати гарячу воду і це добре, враховуючи, що чайника в номері немає, але скляний кувшин сильно нагрівається і пече. Було б добре, якби був якийсь тримач, щоби було зручно
