Perfec location - crowdy
Pros:

The rooms were exactly as described. Alle facilities were there and working. We were at 30m from the beach. Staff was friendly and helpfull. A lot of restaurants on walking distance.

Cons:

The hotel has no lobby, so you need to go to the restaurant to get the key cards. Which went smoothly. Picture on the site are little misleadin as your are in the middel of a fully built area.
We had enough beds at the pool. However not very relaxing as non-guest were also entering pool with little children.Noisy!

Pros:

Everything was perfect, enjoyed so much. Staff super nice, very attentive. Always brought some compliments to the table or even to the pool. Highly recommend for girls trip, was worried about safety but it’s definitely safe. Also if you need a taxi they can arrange it for you, had such a lovely driver took as to the airport, helped with directions. 10 out of 10. Andy guy who helped us with everything, deserves special thanks

Gute Lage, schlechter Service

Gute Lage am Strand, netter Pool, Restaurants und Supermärkte in direkter Nähe.

Cons:

Der Service war leider die reinste Katastrophe. Bereits vor dem Check In war die Kommunikation bzgl. der Parkplatzsituation extrem schlecht und verwirrend. Dann haben wir erst am zweiten Tag erfahren, dass es beim Frühstück einen Bereich für Hotelgäste und für Nicht-Hotelgäste gibt, und alle Hotelgäste eigentlich ein Bändchen tragen müssen. Als wir dann unser Bändchen bekommen haben, wollte man uns trotzdem fast täglich aus dem Bereich für Gäste verscheuchen, obwohl wir zur Identifizierung ja extra die deutlich sichtbaren Bändchen tragen. Beim Frühstücksbuffet fehlte täglich Servierbesteck, bestimmte Speisen waren erst deutlich nach Frühstücksbeginn verfügbar. Die Bestellung von Heißgetränken lief ebenfalls absolut chaotisch ab. Mal sollte man beim Kellner bestellen, mal direkt an der Theke. Am dritten Tag wurden wir dann auf einmal zur Kaffeemaschine geschickt, um unseren Kaffee selbst zuzubereiten. Die Kaffeespezialität, die wir allerdings jeden Morgen getrunken haben, gab es an der Maschine aber gar nicht. Auf Nachfrage wurde nur pampig geantwortet „I don’t know, I’m just working here“. Absolut chaotisch und unfreundlich.

Séjour globalement correct mais plusieurs points à améliorer.

Une partie du personnel en salle (certains serveurs) manquait de cordialité. Lorsqu’on posait des questions, les réponses étaient parfois peu accueillantes et certains ne saluaient pas systématiquement les clients.

En revanche, les femmes au bar étaient très gentilles et accueillantes, ce qui était appréciable.

L’absence de réception clairement organisée est également un point négatif, ce qui rend parfois la communication et les demandes d’informations plus compliquées.

Nous avons rencontré un problème récurrent avec la carte de la chambre qui se démagnétisait très souvent (5 fois sur 7 jours), ce qui était contraignant car nous devions régulièrement retourner pour la faire réactiver.

Le petit-déjeuner est répétitif, peu varié et assez limité en choix.

La climatisation dans la chambre était décevante et peu efficace.

Les prix nous ont semblé élevés par rapport au niveau de service et aux prestations proposées.

Le cadre est très joli, avec une belle piscine bien entretenue et un accès direct à la plage. Les transats sont gratuits pour les clients de l’hôtel, ce qui est appréciable.

En revanche, le personnel de ménage était excellent : chambres toujours très propres et bien entretenues.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned wery well every day. Food at the restaurant was very good. Rooftop restaurant is nice. Location is right by the beach and boulevard.

Cons:

No carbage bin in living area, only one small one in the bathroom. Check out time at 10 is bit early. In Eu we are used to check out at 12.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, and every member of the staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to help.

A special thank you to the housekeeping team for their hard work and attention to detail, as well as for the lovely surprise they prepared for my birthday. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable.

The service exceeded our expectations in every way, and we truly felt welcomed and cared for throughout our visit. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We will definitely be coming back!

Everything about our stay was excellent. The hotel was spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location was perfect, close to the beach and local amenities, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the facilities were outstanding. We truly felt at home throughout our stay.

Cons:

Honestly, there was very little to fault. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Sehr bequemes Bett. Freundliche Putzfrauen. Eigener Strandabschnitt mit kostenlosen Liegen. Direkt am Meer. Der Pool ist auch ganz gut.

Cons:

Sehr überschaubares Frühstück. Für den Preis könnte man mehr erwarten. Außerdem ist nichts gekühlt, was mir bei den Temperaturen den Appetit verdirbt. Nur auf Nachfrage erhält man einen Cappuccino, hat aber das Gefühl, dass es unverschämt ist danach zu fragen.
Die Zimmer sind leider nicht besonders sauber, es waren noch einige Haare der letzten Besucher da. Insgesamt ist das Zimmer nicht sonderlich gut gepflegt. Es macht den Anschein, als wollte man eine hochwertige Unterkunft sein, aber hat seine Anlage nicht gut gepflegt.
Die Umgebung ist nicht schön, es liegt sehr viel Müll rum, die Straßen sind schlecht und es gibt nichts zu sehen.
Außerdem gab es in der Unterkunft ständig ein komisches lautes knallen, wir konnten nicht feststellen woher es kommt.
Die Paneele der Überdachung auf der Terrasse waren kaputt und haben bei Wind ständig laute Geräusche gemacht. Auf meine Meldung hin, dass das bitte jemand reparieren sollte, kam zurück, dass man es gleich macht, passiert ist aber nichts.
Leider passt für mich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hier überhaupt nicht. Ich würde die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen!
