Das Personal war super besonders die 2 Damen Dhurata und Dallendyshe, sie konnten all meine Fragen bzgl beantworten der Rest war auch super nett , Lage perfekt, Frühstück super, Pool sehr schön , das wir nicht für die liegen zahlen mussten weil die mit inbegriffen waren etc. Jederzeit wieder gerne hier!!!!

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Het hotel zelf is prima geregeld met vriendelijk personeel (spreken niet allemaal even goed Engels) en een mooie luxe kamer. Onze kamer met jaccuzi was top.

Cons:

Het viel ons erg tegen dat in september/oktober eigenlijk niks meer te beleven is. Omdat het hotel op hotel is maar per hotel waren er maar een handjevol gasten. Dat gaf echt nogal een depressieve sfeer. De ligging is niet ideaal. Er wordt nog heel veel gebouwd rondom de al bestaande hotels dus is een afwisseling van ghetto en een luxe resort. Naast de hotels waar wel wat gegeten kon worden, was er niets te beleven. Zelfs in het 'centrum' van Golem (wat nog best een eindje lopen is) was er niets te beleven. We weten natuurlijk niet hoe dit in het hoogseizoen is, maar dit hotel of überhaupt Golem bezoeken in het laagseizoen is volgens ons absoluut geen aanrader.

Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel!
The place was clean, comfortable, and very well located. What really made the difference was the staff — they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available when I needed something. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Needs improvement. but people were lovely.
Pros:

House keeping was Amazing. Really kind, caring and lovely. All the members of staff were nice including the owner. When we got to Albania, it was really difficult to find the air bnb. We went to a hotel next door and the owner came to get us from there. we needed to go the hospital on one of the days we were there , the owner took us to the physio which is what we didn't want but oh well, he covered the bill of the physio which he didn't have to and took us for ice cream and cake out of his own will which was really really nice. I can't fault him

Cons:

Firstly, this is a family business so just note that in mind. It was difficult to find the location of the air bnb. Just to let you know, this is not a hotel. it is an airbnb. there's no reception front desk to check you in. the owner does it all. they only gave us 1 access card for the room which made it difficult as there was three of us, there's only one mirror in the room which is located in the bathroom meaning you had to wait for the steam to go before using it, not enough bins in the room, be careful of ants when put any rubbish on there floor even if its in a bag. Breakfast is very very very limited. the only options you had was egg, bread and doughnuts. it's an a-la carte breakfast which is not mentioned on booking.com. one thing we didn't appreciate was one of the staff members who was serving breakfast would smoke and use the same hand that he handled a cigarette to processed with serving us drinks without even washing his hands. on another occasion, we had asked to have the breakfast in the room, he came with three plates of doughnuts as that's the only thing we could eat. he put two plates on the dressing table but there was no room for the final plate. He used his hands to take the food from the three place and put it on the other plates which was absolutely DISGUSTING. it makes you think how the cleanliness is in the kitchen but thank God we only had breakfast twice and never again did we sit at the restaurant for breakfast because it was awful.
