Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and adequately spacious for our family of four. The hotel is quite new and modern; however, surprisingly, the newer section does not have a lift, so we had to carry our luggage up two floors, which was a little inconvenient.
Breakfast was abundant and offered a good variety of options. One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast on the terrace while taking in the beautiful view of the Ksamil Islands.
The hotel provides both underground and outdoor parking, which fully met our needs and made travelling by car very convenient.
The location is also excellent, being only a few minutes' walk from the public beach. In addition, there is a nearby mini market where you can find affordable essentials and amenities.
Overall, this is a comfortable and well-located hotel that offers good value for money, and we would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The lack of a lift in the newer section was disappointing, as we had to carry our luggage up two floors. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.

המלון לא רחוק מהחוף, נחמד, חדר צופה על הים והעיר עם מרפסת. ארוחת בוקר לא רעה. הצוות מאוד מסביר פנים. ארוחת בוקר במרפסת שזה נחמד. בריכה נחמדה אבל קצת קטנה למי שרוצה לשחות.

Monotonne i bardzo ubogie, codziennie to samo i przeciętnej jakości na dłuższą mete nie do wytrzymania. Plus to dobra kawa

Hotel oceniam bardzo przeciętnie. Największym plusem są nowoczesne, ładnie urządzone pokoje oraz wysoki poziom czystości – pod tym względem nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń.

Problem polega na tym, że ten obiekt bardziej przypomina zespół apartamentów lub hostel niż pełnoprawny hotel. To zbiór kilku budynków połączonych drewnianymi schodami, a recepcja sprowadza się właściwie do miejsca, w którym odbiera się klucze. Klimatyzowane są wyłącznie pokoje – wszystkie części wspólne są bardzo gorące.

Basen jest bardzo mały, bardziej przypomina przydomowy niż hotelowy. Dodatkowo woda sprawiała wrażenie słabo filtrowanej i była bardzo ciepła, przez co korzystanie z niego nie było szczególnie przyjemne.

Jeśli ktoś szuka czystego miejsca do spania, ten obiekt spełni oczekiwania. Natomiast osoby oczekujące standardu hotelowego z odpowiednią infrastrukturą i atmosferą mogą poczuć się rozczarowane.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel, which I booked through Booking.com.

The reservation was for 3 nights including breakfast, with a total price of €393. However, upon arrival, I was charged €404 by card, including an additional commission/processing fee. Despite accepting this extra cost, the quality of the experience did not meet the standards I expected.

Several issues significantly affected my stay:

* The room was advertised as having a balcony, but I was unable to use it during my entire 3-day stay. The balcony was unusable due to a large colony of ants and a bird nest containing a bird that made it uncomfortable and concerning to access. I was also unable to open the balcony door to get fresh air.
* Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed a cleaning issue, including a visible stain on the curtain.
* I was unable to use the pool facilities because the sunbeds were extremely stained and appeared dirty, which made me uncomfortable using the area.

* During breakfast, I noticed that some of the cutlery was stained, which raised concerns about hygiene and the overall cleanliness standards of the hotel.

* The roof terrace, where breakfast was served, indicated that Wi-Fi was available; however, the connection was not working. As a result, I had to use my mobile data, which was costly due to being on a tourist package.
* The room door malfunctioned and would not open. I had to wait more than 10 minutes for assistance from a hotel employee. This situation was very uncomfortable and caused me to feel trapped, and I consider it a potential safety concern.


As someone who works as a front office employee in my home country, I understand that unexpected issues can occur in hospitality. However, I also understand the importance of addressing problems properly and ensuring guests receive appropriate compensation when their experience is negatively affected.

Pros:

Tre minutt å gå ned til nærmeste strand, ti min å gå til hovedgaten. Veldig grei beliggenhet om man ønsker litt ro rundt seg samtidig som man bor veldig sentralt. Fantastisk badebasseng med tilhørende solsenger.
