Fantastic place for our Siem Reap Vaca
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was a great location, accommodations and good breakfasts. The staff helped book some activities and we felt like we got to know them and they were trying to hall is have an amazing time.

The whole family absolutely loved it. We felt really well looked after.
Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing and friendly, the hotel was great, restaurant really great and we just had a lovely lovely stay. The Elephant definitely went beyond our expectations and our whole family loved it. Also great to be a bit out of the main area but still close enough to get in easily and conveniently. Pool was also great and welcome retreat after mornings exploring around Siem reap.

The small hotel with the biggest heart.
Pros:

The truly wonderful staff. They made us feel like family. Welcoming us “home” each time we came back to the hotel from a day or night out.
They helped us organise tours, arranged for an excellent guide for Angkor Wat small circuit and for Kulen Forest and waterfall. We also wanted a very late checkout and they arranged it at a very reasonable rate. Nothing was too much trouble.
The room was huge with a lovely balcony surrounded by shady trees. The bed was so comfy and had good reading lights and decent heavy curtains. A kettle, elephant mugs and teapot were provided for the lovely dried ginger and lemongrass for morning tea.
The pool and the surrounding area was beautifully clean with plenty of towels and never any dirty glasses.
It’s over the river and 1 km from Pub Street - an easy walk back after lots of yummy food and drink or $2 tuktuk (free from the hotel one way to Pub St every night) so if, like us you prefer to stay in a quieter part of town, it’s perfect.
It really is a gem of a hotel. We recommend it 100%!

Cons:

We liked everything. Though we did suggest cushions for the balcony chairs.

Pros:

Le meilleur atout de ce petit hôtel est le service ! Le staff est exceptionnel, niveau 5 étoiles !

Le petit déjeuner à la carte inclus dans notre offre était très bon avec des viennoiseries gourmandes.

La chambre spacieuse et très bien équipée.

Le goûter offert de 15h à 16h30 avec de très bons produits est agréable.

La piscine avec de bons transats confortables.

La navette tuktuk gratuite pour rejoindre le centre ville est appréciable.

Cons:

Le bruit à la piscine avec une clientèle bruyante ou des parents qui ne préfèrent par gérer leurs enfants...

Le manque d'eau froide dans la douche extérieure sur le balcon et l'absence de lumière ne permet pas de l'utiliser....dommage.

L'absence d'un coffre fort dans la chambre.

Et le gros point faible : le bruit trop forte de la climatisation même réglée et au plus bas....

The pool is stunning. The architecture is beautiful. Really comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The location isn’t great. We stayed at a sister property called The Urban with a much better location. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. It was a bit rundown. The shower was terrible.
