Wonderfully relaxing for a five or more night stay
Pros:

Everything, staff very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, pool was great, location bit out of town but we prefer this .

Cons:

My only negative was that there was only twelve sun beds, which was fine in the morning but hard to get one in the afternoon .

Highly recommend!
Pros:

I'll definitely come back here! This hotel has it all: nice staff, cool pool, amazing bedrooms, nice location and good breakfast. The tuktuk drive to the pub street is also a plus!

Stupendo, ad un prezzo basso con una piscina invitante, arredi curatissimi e personale gentilissimo
Pros:

1) Accoglienza premurosa ed attenta da parte del personale e del gestore dell'albergo.
2) Servizi e pulizia eccellenti
3) nonostante la struttura sia un poco distante dal centro di Siem Reap, questo non è un problema perché nelle ore serali vien reso disponibile gratuitamente un servizio di TukTuk per raggiungere il centro.
4) Il desk aiuta in ogni situazione ad organizzare le visite (e in caso di visite all'alba, fornisce un box per la colazione)

Cons:

Unica area di miglioramento sarebbe la possibilità (opzionale) di fare una colazione a buffet, invece che dover necessariamente sedersi ai tavoli, fare un ordine ed aspettarne la preparazione (che richiede un tempo maggiore) . Ci tengo comunque a precisare che la colazione in sé era molto buona. :-)

A Wonderful and Relaxing Time in Clean Cambodia
Pros:

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff were kind and polite, and the service was excellent. The hotel restaurant is small, but it offers a good variety of dishes, including traditional Cambodian food and all the Western food. Our room was clean, and even the balcony was well maintained.

There is a high school in front of the hotel, so the area felt safe. The city center is easy to reach by tuk-tuk. You can buy snacks at the hotel, and if you ask the tuk-tuk driver, there is a 7-Eleven not far away, so we bought some extra snacks for my son. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the pool was clean as well. Overall, everything was very comfortable.

Cons:

Because I am Japanese, this is just my personal impression, but I noticed a slightly metallic smell from the hot shower water. However, this seems to be due to the heater system commonly used in Cambodia, and it is not specific to this hotel. It is normal and not something to worry about. If it bothers you, it felt a little better on the second day, so you might want to run the hot water for a while before using it—though it may also be that we simply got used to it.

Pros:

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. The driver and guide they cooperate are professional and efficient, and most importantly, very punctual!

Cons:

No mosquito killers in room. But you can ask the front desk to spray in your room

A perfect stay
Pros:

The property is immaculate . Room was very comfortable. The staff could not do more than.

Cons:

Only one time the people in the room above decided to drag furniture around the room for around 45 minutes . Apart from that it’s very very peaceful .

I can highly recommend the the Villa for privacy and space.
Pros:

The villa was beautiful with a private pool that we had to ourselves on the second night.
The staff at the hotel next door were very helpful.
