Close to walking street, less than 5 mins walk, and giant ibis pick up point again less than 5 min walk away opposite night market

バルコニーからの川沿いの景色はすごく良かったです
夕日も夜景ものんびり見れて満足しました

Cons:

チェックインしたら19時半まで停電になってました
ただそのことは チェックインして部屋に行ってから分かりました
部屋に行く前に説明は してほしいです

自分は納得できなかったので相談したところ 部屋を変えてもらいました

Front Desk staff behavior at the time of early check in, first he asked for a 10 dollar fee for early check in, when i agreed, then he asked for 15usd. Although he had a room but without extra money didnt allow early checkin, very unprofessional and greedy staff

Good location and pleasant staff.
Pros:

11th floor room overlooking the Tonl Sap river. Good sized room. Pleasant and helpful staff. Asked for toast with my breakfast on the first morning. Had to point out what toast was, then breakfast was served luke-warm, and the reason given was had to wait for the toast to cook. Restaurant prices are very reasonable with a good variety.

Cons:

The Hotel is a mixture of Hotel and Apartments that people buy or rent. Some of them leave their room door open and can be noisy at times. Must be a Mosque nearby and wailing at 4.30am every morning woke me, and then a number of roosters started up just after and kept up the crowing for hours. I'm a light sleeper, so I was woken every morning at 4.30am. (I must admit roosters crowing always bother me). Strange that I could hear them on the 11th floor though.

A convenient option in Phnom Penh
Pros:

I stayed in the 'Superior King Balcony River View' on the tenth floor.
Room - Spacious with a decent amount of natural light. There was a balcony and the view over the Tonle Sap (and the Mekong in the distance) was very enjoyable. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.
Service - Polite, courteous and helpful.
Breakfast - There was an à la carte menu with a range of options available, both local and 'Western'. The orange juice was good.
Location - Very central and a short walk away from the promenade and that temple with a large clock. There was a very convenient convenience store on the ground floor.

Cons:

Breakfast - The eggs benedict were a bit meh.

The location and the river view are very nice. The girl at the reception was extremely kind to us.

Ein besonderes Hotelerlebnis
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer im 14. Stockwerk bekommen. Es gab ein Elternschlafzimmer, wo man die Tür schließen konnte und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer was durch einen Vorhang getrennt war. Der grosse Balkon (von beiden Zimmern aus betretbar) bot eine fantastische Aussicht direkt auf den Fluss. Trotzdessen Es an einer grossen Strasse liegt war es doch recht ruhig.
Der Checkin im Supermarkt ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber auch gut, denn dann kann man gleich Dinge shoppen, die man eventuell noch braucht.

Cons:

Das Zimmer an sich war schon ein wenig älter und man sah dass es nicht mehr neu war.
