Great location, stunning views from the balcony, comfy room & nice breakfast.
Pros:

We only stayed the night but the room was clean, comfy, had lovely views from the balcony overlooking the river & the breakfast was good. Conveniently for us as we were booked on for travel from Phnom Penh to Kep, it is a partner hotel to Giant Ibis Bus & therefore includes a free pick up to the depot which is quite close by.

2. hotel lobby在一家便利店裡, 不容易發現.

Chill vacation
Pros:

Nice quiet and still close to the center of everything. Very nice view and river boats right down stairs. Prices at the restaurant were the best in the area and a 24 hour convenience store downstairs. The water was always hot and the ac was always cold.

Cons:

No pool but there was a gym on the second floor which was nice. There was a Chinese neighbor that kept smoking inside the building which was annoying but they gave me an air freshener and that helped. There are also apartments in the building so you have to balance the locals vs tourist vibes

We stayed at M9 Kirirom Hotel twice during our trip – at the beginning and again at the end of our holiday – and both stays were absolutely perfect.

The hotel has a fantastic location in the center of Phnom Penh, just a short walk from the Night Market and Central Market, and only a few minutes from the riverside promenade near the Royal Palace. A big bonus is the beautiful view of the Tonle Sap River. The accessibility is excellent as well, with Canadia Park nearby and convenient access to express bus stops for the new KTI airport.

The rooms were always very clean, with daily housekeeping. We also appreciated the option to park our scooter at the hotel.

We would especially like to highlight the incredibly helpful and friendly staff. They went out of their way to accommodate our late check-out before our departure to the airport, which we truly appreciated.

Overall, this is a great place to stay, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Das Personal war echt super.
Gleich neben der Rezeption gab es einen 24h-Shop. Hinter dem Gebäude war ein sicherer Motorradparkplatz. Die Lage war perfekt um abends etwas zu erleben. Den Kreuzfahrtanleger und das Schnellboot erreicht man zu Fuß in 3-4 Minuten. Verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe.
