基础设施比如电梯之类的很新，而且管理严格

Cons:

本质上一座公寓楼，并不是真正意义上的酒店，所以无论从设施到服务都一般般；窗帘合不上，早上有可能会被阳光晒到；打扫卫生的时间在上午十点左右，如果要睡懒觉的话会被吵醒；我住的房间里只有两个插座可以用，剩下的都没有电

More like a serviced apartment than a hotel.A single building having 3-4 hotels ..and single floor may have rooms from 2-3 hotels. Restaurant isn't through the same entrance...you need to go out of hotel and enter through another door to get to the restaurant Restaurant food options are limited if you don't eat beef.They even served beef broth with a chicken dish.

Just another comfortable stay at this fine property with exceptional service from the staff…
Pros:

Just another great stay at this hotel. The staff is the highlight for me, always so so helpful and accommodating. The street in front of the property closes on the weekends but since it is very near to the end of the street, catching tuk tuks is not so difficult. Another highlight for me is the convenience of a convenience store on the property.

Super Hotel, essen empfehle ich aber außerhalb
Pros:

Super Ausblick auf den Mekong und die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. War bereits 2 mal hier und würde immer wieder kommen. Personal an der Rezeption und in dem Supermarkt ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist auch super aber leider auf dem Nachbar Gebäude

Cons:

Das Personal im Restaurant ist eine Katastrophe. Die können wirklich Nix. Hab dort 4 mal gegessen und jedes Mal wurde was vergessen, falsch gemacht oder sie haben nix verstanden. Obwohl ich jedes Mal alleine war, haben die es nicht geschafft ne Bestellung vernünftig zu machen. Menü Karten sind falsch übersetzt. Qualität vom essen ist aber okay. Am Handy konnten sie aber gut Spielen

Perfect choice
Pros:

Perfect location. Good quality. Good price. I visit that hotel often.

Cons:

The blankets are for winter. It was too hot to sleep with them. And of course it is not okay to sleep on air-conditioning.

Location was ok

Cons:

Everything, bed was like trying to sleep on concrete. Drinking cups were dirty. Linen looked like it hadn't been changed from the previous guests. Either pillow cases were stained or pillows were that yellow it was showing through the pillow cases, I was to scared to check. Walls had dirty marks all over them. Bed cover had stains, in general the place was filthy and I would not recommend anyone to stay here. We slept on top of the bed and put our own covers over the pillows to sleep one night after a long day of travel, we moved to another hotel the next day even though we could not get a refund. Wifi and tv didn't work and we also had trouble with the hot water, not enough toilet paper supplied. Absolutely terrible!!
