Die Aussicht - ein Erlebnis!
Pros:

Ich war von der Aussicht im 11. Stock überwältiget. Die Aussicht auf den Tonle Sap ist wunderbar.
Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit (hatte einen medizinischen Zwischenfall) und sehr freundlich.
Genial ist auch die Lage. Bis zum Nachtmarkt sind es gute 5 Minuten und am Samstagabend geht dort die Post ab.
Unzählige gute Restaurants sind in dieser Umgebung zu finden.
Im Hotel integriert ist auch ein Minimarkt.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr gross und wirkt so anonym und unpersönlich.
Doch die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter wiegen dies z.T. aus.

Pros:

This is my go to hotel when I am in the city, love the Riverview. The staff is a very professional and helpful 24 hour store for needs you may have, location is really good as far as touring the neighborhood the river and restaurants.

Great croissant, absolute nightmare of a stay
Pros:

​The croissant filled with melted cheese for breakfast was the only highlight... everything else was a simple nightmare.

Cons:

Everything was a disaster, starting with the check-in procedures. I had to wait an hour and a half before being granted access to my room because they couldn't find my booking. This is ridiculous, considering I had messaged them via both WhatsApp and email a week prior, and again the day before my arrival.
​To make matters worse, the manager had specifically promised me a room on the 10th floor the day before; instead, I ended up in a closet on the 5th floor of an anonymous building. The room was so cramped you couldn't even open a suitcase. The bathroom was so tiny that you could barely sit on the toilet, and the bed was only large enough for one person.
​The management is totally unprofessional. They made me wait until 1:30 AM to get into my room without an apology or even a glass of water. This happened despite the fact that I had taken the trouble to inform them about my flight delay at Techo airport and had clearly stated I would be arriving by taxi shortly before midnight. The worst hotel experience ever.

Pros:

Widok na rzekę jest piękny, pokoje małe ale to było spodziewane. To nie pierwszy pobyt w tym miejscu a jako bonus, o którym nie mowi booking mają też niewielką siłownię jeśli ktoś lubi się zmęczyć. Ogólnie jak najbardziej polecam :) Wygodne łóżka.

woda chlapie na łazienkę ale to nic takiego :-)

Pros:

I was not feeling well for a day or two and the staff checked on me more than once to see if there was anything they could do to help. Really kind staff. The room was small but it suited my needs with a great view of the river. Nice restaurant was on site as well as mini mart. I'll stay again when I'm Phnom Penh.

Near everything, nice staff.

Cons:

Our bedroom was full of cockroaches getting out of the wood. Luckily we spoke to the staff and they gave us an upgrade to a suite.

Wygodny apartament w idealnej lokalizacji
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja przy rzece z pięknym widokiem. Apartamenty raczej niż hotel. Restauracja że śniadaniami znajduje się w tym samym budynku lecz w innym wejściu.

I’d stay again!
Pros:

Great view on the river in a perfect location to walk to the main attractions and things going on. The staff were excellent and helped way beyond their remit. As an entry point to Cambodia they did their country proud and the hotel manager was superb.

Cons:

A new independent reception would be better than being part of a mini market!

Posizione abbastanza favorevole. Camere situate all'interno di un condominio di parecchi piani. La reception invece è all'interno di un market al piano terra con altra entrata e quasi sempre aperto. La vista sul fiume è stata molto piacevole così come la permanenza nel suo complesso, anche se abbastanza anonima. Rapporto qualità/prezzo non pazzesco ma comunque in linea con la offerta

Cons:

Prezzi lavanderia: un capo (t-shirt, pantaloncino o altro) 2/3 dollari quando ovunque l'offerta di attesta di 1 dollaro al kilo. Visto che si suda parecchio sarebbe comodo ogni due o tre giorni poter lavare tutto...come comunque ho fatto extra albergo!
