Koulen Central Hotel

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is centrally located, just a 5mins walk to Pub Street and 8mins to the river and markets. The hotel is quite new and beautiful. We got the family suite and it was HUGE. I would highly recommend this hotel to any travellers.

利用はしてないですが、綺麗なプールが屋上にあります。
ホテルにつき、部屋に案内してくれる時、受付の方の説明が良かったです。英語です。
部屋はかなり綺麗で1人の利用でしたが、かなり広かったです。
朝食つきで、予約しました。カンボジア料理も食べられますが、パンの種類、野菜、フルーツも多く、かなり満足でした。
アンコールワットの朝日を見る場合は、朝食にお弁当を頼めます。自分は利用してないです。
鍵がカードのなのですが、途中で効かなくなった時も親切に対応してくれました。対応してくれたのは、BOSSABA さんと、VICHARAさんでした。ありがとうございます。

This hotel was absolutery wonderful! All of stuffs are very kind and friendly. They upgraded my room. It was large room.My family and I were very satisfied to stay.

ホテルのスタッフは日本語は話せませんが、とても親切でフレンドリーで、丁寧に接してくれるので、英語が苦手な私でも困ることなく過ごすことができました。

私と娘と高齢の両親の4人で、2ベッドルームを予約しましたが、チェックイン時に無料で、ファミリースイートルームにアップグレードしてもらえました。とても広いお部屋で、広いリビングと、キングサイズのベッドが4台、大きなバルコニーも2つあり、ラグジュアリーな気分で滞在できました。

パブストリートも近く、高齢の両親も徒歩で行ける距離で便利な場所です。

プールも綺麗で、広さも十分あり、タオルも貸してもらえるので、滞在中、何度も楽しませてもらいました。

The staff is incredibly kind and diligent when accommodating their guests. They all work hard at keeping guests comfortable and happy. Thank you so much for making my check in comfortable and making my school feel welcome. I got in a day before my program, so I had waited a few hours in the lobby and I made friends with the staff. They were all the sweetest.

This hotel and the staff were amazing from start to end of our 3 night stay. So very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The pool area is superb and the hotel is stunning. The rooms are lovely and so very clean and good sized. Would 100% stay here again.

The hotel was excellent. High quality and value. Beautiful, spacious room with balcony. The pools were nice as was the adjacent bar. Breakfast was solid every day. The staff went the extra mile, great customer service. Highly recommended!

The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is close to Pub Street, within walking distance. The facilities are new and well-cleaned. The rooftop pool is also great. We had a very good time. Thank you!

Central to down town Siem Reap

Great, convenient location, super friendly and helpful staff, nice, clean room and great facilities.

Clean modern hotel rooms and a super roof pool and bar area. 3 minute walk to Pub street, yet quiet and calm atmosphere. Excellent breakfast buffet, spa rooms include couples massage area that is really nice.

Absolutely wonderful! From the moment you walk in, they make you feel like royalty. They are so eager to please and take care of you. They will arrange activities, Tuk Tuks, breakfast to go, taxis,etc…The rooms are great! So spacious and clean. All the amenities you need too (combs, toothbrush, etc…) Pools are the perfect temperature and so relaxing with a beautiful view of the city. Massage was amazing and by an experienced therapist. If we ever come back to Cambodia we will stay here! Big Thank you to Nita, Somura, and Thyna for your hospitality!!!

Excellent facilities, Great location and Friendly staff at front desk. We booked the family suite room and it 2 ensuite rooms and a living area with a half-bath which was very comfortable for us on a business/ leisure trip. Close to the AngkorWat complex, walkable to Pub Street. Great pool and ambience in the terrace restaurant was amazing at night

When we arrived, we were originally given a room that had previously been occupied by a smoker even though the hotel is non-smoking. They accommodated us quickly into a new room. The staff was very attentive and kind.

Pub Street와 도보로 이동가능하고, 주변이 조용해서 편안히 쉬고갑니다. 조식은 먹을만하고 수영장과 헬스장은 괜찮습니다. 오토바이 렌트샵과 주유소도 근처에 있어서 이용이 편리합니다.

Perfect location, great hotel and absolutely worth the money. Service at the rooftop bar was extremely slow and few people understood English, but everyone was very kind and polite.
Would absolutely stay here again.
