Novotel Sihanoukville Holiday Resort

I truly enjoyed my time at the Novotel Sihanoukville. It was my first time here in Cambodia. And I loved every minute of it. Pool and beach. Breakfast amazing with great views! Don’t forget to take sunset pics around 5:30pm. But the best was the amazing hospitality from the team and I want to recognize Tevy, Thavary, Somart for their 5 star service. They made my stay even more special. Making sure I got towels on my way to Koh rong and also making my check in and check out so smooth. Also thanks to Kakada for his help during our stay. Again the Cambodian staff at the hotel made it special for me and my family.

Thank you for an amazing stay, closing 2025. The room was spacious and quiet for good sleep. I received a special and warm welcome from Jesse and GM Mr. Ayub. Good location near to everything, different beaches, convenience store and casino if u into one. Definitely recommend.

The stay was amazing. Everything was great. Big thanks for manager Jesse, he made our stay even more special. And I want to mention super nice and professional guy Sela. He usually works on the beach bar. Always smiling , always positive and provides extraordinary service. Appreciation for everyone who works in this hotel.

Got scammed by its advertising as special events but ended up with a normal dinner. As a Cambodian I feel it is ok for Khmer Service that didn't meet up the standard, but I feel sorry for those tourists who participated in that new year count down event.
P.S: Government regulate that only no fireworks but no forbid to any indoor new year celebration. Scammed.

Our go to go place for a short staycation within Cambodia.
Sok Lin, the staff at the lost city playground is very helpful and attentive. My kid loves to play with her when we visit the hotel.

We had an amazing unforgettable time at Novotel Sihanoukville!! Even though in a time of unfortunate news from the boarder , and Christmas felt a bit stagnant this year round but every single heartist in Novotel SHV never disappoints us. They try to cheer us up with their magical heart warming service and their genuine hospitality. From the time we book , arrival and during our 2 nights stay, we received warm welcoming and daily greetings from the bell man, the front desk team and the housekeeping team without fail. Food and service at Food Exchange is beyond festive and creative in the best possible way. Everywhere the full view of the ocean is very therapeutic and could really calm our mind from what’s happening in the world at the moment. The hotel team is always prepare to go above and beyond to make their guests have the best experience stay as can be. And I speak from personal experience. For instance, I arrived late for my check in that evening since traveling with 2 kids are never a short and sweet trip if I can help it ( they fought and had a meltdown and bathroom breaks like 100 times) but the moment I arrived at the lobby , I felt like opening early Christmas presents. Mr. Soriya gave me an expressed check in. My room was long ready and kindly got upgraded by Mr. Cholsa. He is the real Santa Clause, I swear. Welcome drink was served cold and refreshing. My suitcase is already magically in my room. Miss Towery and two other front desk fairies help keep my sons preoccupied and happy. Most hotels aren’t very friendly with kids but unlike here. Novotel Sihanoukville is every kid dream come true. They not just come here for the kid club, kid pool, kid food but also they are very happy for the kid show ( six- seven) that can still access in the smart TV room. There are more to be said and many unmentioned outstanding staffs to meet but it’s best to book a room and try the staycation yourself. Lastly, but not the least, I have the pleasure to run into the guest relation supervisor (aka Prince Charming) Mr Jesse!! I have the smallest suitcase you can imagine a mom of 2 can have but he still personally and gracefully helped me carry and escort my team of Roblox back to our car. I’m very grateful for this special personal touch farewells. We will certainly book again coz it’s like a tradition now to stay at real home away from home….

Novotel Sihanoukville is a wonderful oasis, well located right on Independence beach. The rooms and facilities are new, including a beautiful pool/ bar area right on the beach, which is the perfect spot for sunset. The staff are warm and welcoming from the moment you arrive especially the exceptional Votey whose professionalism, attentiveness and big heart made the stay even more memorable!

We felt warm and welcomed from the moment we stepped in.
The front desk and room service staff were super friendly and professional. Especially Mr. Ly Phiron, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. People like him make guests want to visit again because of such warmth and kindness. The check-in and check-out process was very quick and smooth.

We booked a family suite with spacious rooms and a vast balcony offering stunning beach views. The private beach was clean, calm, and peaceful… no hustle and bustle at all!

The in-house restaurant offers excellent choices at very reasonable prices. For a regular price, you get a premium dining experience. Bora and his team ensured we had a great in-room dining experience as well.

Overall, our experience was fantastic and totally worth it.

We will definitely come again. Mr. Ly Phiron and the entire Novotel team, it’s always a pleasure to see you!.

My boyfriend and i really enjoyed our stay, my experience with the Novotel Hotel family was incredible, I will love to always lough in your hotel over and over, the staff were so friendly, whoa!! All the front desk staffs are friendly and helpful especially Ms. Tevy, Thavry & Sovanny. Nice pool and beautiful sunset. The breakfast is delicious and has various options.
