There are only 4 dumbells in the gym. Swiming pool is not clean.

It was excellent quality based on the level of its price.
Pros:

Location, clean environment, and silence which is good to rest.

Cons:

The staffs are not professional enough to handle simple requests from customer. My case, I did ask for a receipt but the staff act wild and reluctant.

Se quedaron con mi medicina entrada y baño muy sucios.
Pros:

Olvidé mi medicina para 4 meses en el hotel y cuando los contacté para recuperarla no hicieron nada para ayudarme.
Les rogué que me ayudaran porque necesito la medicina pero no responden WhatsApp ni mensajes a través de Booking.

Cons:

Cuando llegué habían sobrevendido y me pasaron a una habitación inferior que además tenía la ducha sucia.
Se entra al hotel por un supermercado mugriento.
