Hôtel à l'abandon, sale, délabré, que ce soit la salle de bain ou les parties communes. Je n'ai même pas osé aller voir la piscine. 7 ans au Cambodge, je n'ai jamais vu ça.

Dirty but good location.
Pros:

The hotel is in the perfect location. Right next to bar street but not too close that we were kept up. Staff lovely.

Cons:

Felt a bit unkept and old. There was the same rubbish (dishes, wrappers etc) left outside our room for the duration of our stay. Full of mosquitoes so bring your bug spray!

The stay did not meet basic hotel service standards despite the good location
Pros:

The location is convenient and close to the city center, within walking distance to major attractions such as the Independence Monument, Koh Pich, the Royal Palace riverside area, and many street food options.

Cons:

There are so many things I really didn’t like and feel disappointed about this place. I booked and paid in advance for a Deluxe Twin room, but upon arrival I was given a smaller Superior Twin without any prior notice. I only discovered this after entering the room and had to go back to reception to ask. The staff informed me the Deluxe rooms were fully occupied. While a different room was eventually offered, this should have been communicated before check-in since the room type and price were different.

The check-in process was unclear. I had requested early check-in in advance but received no response. When I arrived around 11:30 AM, I was told it would require an extra charge without any explanation of availability.

Basic amenities were missing: no slippers, insufficient towels, no coffee or tea, and there was no in-room phone to contact reception. I had to go down to the front desk multiple times and later communicate via Telegram, where the responses were unprofessional and not in line with normal hotel service standards.

The air conditioning was not very cold, and the hotel kept my original ID card until check-out, which is not a common or comfortable practice for guests.

Overall, the stay did not match the room I booked and the service quality was disappointing. I would not recommend this property to travelers who value proper service standards, accurate room allocation, and a comfortable guest experience.
