Nice place and service

We arrived the hotel daytime, and this time they provided us welcome drink with cold wet towel!
Also during our stay we had a little problem; a driver for a 1-day trip (different company from the hotel) didn't pick us up. And the front staff quickly arranged a toktok for us to meet the driver. It was soooo helpful.

Perfect overnight stay after a long flight
Pros:

Everything was just 100%, from the airport pick-up, the short transfer to the hotel, the dinner despite the late arrival, the room with everything you need and the next day the included breakfast and transfer to the pickup location of the bus.

Pros:

Before the new airport opened, it was very close to the airport, which was great. The hotel is located south of Phnom Penh, so it is still relatively easy to access.
The facility is clean and the staff, including the security guards, are friendly.

Cons:

In the past, no matter how late we arrived at the hotel, welcome drinks were served and the reception staff would carry our luggage to the rooms. This time, perhaps because the staff were new or the policy had changed, there was no such service, which I felt was a bit disappointing.

Pros:

Staff were amazing, security guard outside at all times and felt very safe in the area. Served good coffee and good food. Convenient for both the city centre and airport. Not a typically tourist area, so will need a tuk tuk or other transport to get around. Hotel can offer airport pick up, and a car for day trips for reasonable prices.
