Pros:

We arrived the hotel daytime, and this time they provided us welcome drink with cold wet towel!
Also during our stay we had a little problem; a driver for a 1-day trip (different company from the hotel) didn't pick us up. And the front staff quickly arranged a toktok for us to meet the driver. It was soooo helpful.

Perfect overnight stay after a long flight
Pros:

Everything was just 100%, from the airport pick-up, the short transfer to the hotel, the dinner despite the late arrival, the room with everything you need and the next day the included breakfast and transfer to the pickup location of the bus.

Pros:

Before the new airport opened, it was very close to the airport, which was great. The hotel is located south of Phnom Penh, so it is still relatively easy to access.
The facility is clean and the staff, including the security guards, are friendly.

Cons:

In the past, no matter how late we arrived at the hotel, welcome drinks were served and the reception staff would carry our luggage to the rooms. This time, perhaps because the staff were new or the policy had changed, there was no such service, which I felt was a bit disappointing.

Pros:

Staff were amazing, security guard outside at all times and felt very safe in the area. Served good coffee and good food. Convenient for both the city centre and airport. Not a typically tourist area, so will need a tuk tuk or other transport to get around. Hotel can offer airport pick up, and a car for day trips for reasonable prices.

Uitstekend!
Pros:

Het is een keurig rustig hotel, ongeveer halverwege het centrum en het vliegveld. Het staat in een wat rustiger buurt maar we vonden het wel leuk om die te ontdekken. De prijs-kwaliteit-verhouding is heel goed. De koffie was prima!

Cons:

Het eten - met name het ontbijt - was okee maar had beter gekund. Er waren weinig vega opties.

Hotel was hard to get to in the middle of a very poor area with gravel roads. Hotel was clean.
Pros:

Breakfast was poor and really let down the hotel. Small coffee, (only one). I ordered American breakfast. It was served without tomatoes which was included on the menu. Staff said sorry and had to wait for tomatoes to be cooked and added to plate. Bacon was 1 small piece about 25 mm long and bread (supposed to be toast) was stale.

Cons:

Breakfast needed to be more food and fresher.

Pros:

Wat een leuke verrassing was dit hotel. We kozen het omwille van de ligging nabij de luchthaven, maar het overtrof ruimschoots onze verwachtingen. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het eten was oprecht van de beste kwaliteit die we in Cambodja al ervaren hadden. De kamers waren schoon en comfortabel.

Cons:

Niet echt iets, het hotel ligt in een achterafstraatje in Phnom Penh dus wat rumoer is er natuurlijk altijd, maar niets storends.

Pros:

大通りよりちょいと入った横丁で驚くほど静か。
正面の樹木も良い感じの垣根であちらとこちらを隔てています。
併設のレストランでの食事も大満足「アモック」と、牛肉のもう一品、美味しゅうございました。
体調不良の同僚に対する親身な支援には大変感謝しています。
次の機会には空港送迎もお願いしたいと思います。
