Pros:

The staff at the reception were very competent and helpful.

The hotel was very clean, with a good breakfast — highly recommended.

I would suggest marking the hotel parking location on Google Maps, rather than the terminal, as it can be confusing.

Tout ! Super accueil, service au top. J'ai payé pour une chambre double, ils m'ont surclassée en suite junior. Tout était parfait, propreté irreprochable, petit déjeuner à emporter car depart très tôt. Je recommande ++++

Very pleased and can recommend to anyone.
Pros:

Modern hotel, located at/ adjacent to a shopping mall. I had some things to manage in that part of the city which is of course not a typical tourist place, however, the hotel was amazing. I also worked a bit during my stay, so a workplace and WiFi are top! Reception open 24/7, staff is very friendly and helpful. Broad variety of food for breakfast. There is not a minor thing to complain about. This hotel is easily accessible by two bus routes or taxi. For those who plan their trip by coach to other parts of the country this hotel can be a great transit point. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Nothing negative, everything is exceptional.

Понравилось абсолютно всё! шикарный сервис, очень вкусный завтрак на котором были мои любимые овощи гриль)), завтрак и вода в номере включены в стоимость 👍👍👍 много полотенец, зубная щётка и паста, тапочки👍👍👍персонал отлично говорит на английском, очень вежливые. Большой номер, очень удобная кровать и подушки.

Clean hotel, great location, and very friendly staff. I had a pleasant stay.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location was great and convenient. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They really took care of us and made our stay pleasant.

Tout était parfait les chambres grandes et spacieuse nous étions 3 dans la chambre 102 très propre l'accueil est magnifique.
Je me sentais importante pour l'hôtel on nous a considéré comme des gens important et je vous en remercie

Cons:

La chambre donnait sur la gare routière le bruit des bus à partir de 5h du matin était horrible.
Je leur ai demandé de changé de chambre ils ont tous fait pour me satisfaire.
Mais mon mari n'a pas voulu changé de chambre car elle était plus petite .

Séjour très bien. Mais on reviendra quand les températures seront meilleures. Pour vraiment visiter L’Albanie.
Pros:

L’établissement est très bien, propre. Ça sent toujours très bon. L’accueil et le service étage très bien. Le petit déjeuner est complet et très bon. Et le service tardif est super si on veut faire la grasse matinée. L’hôtel est dans le centre commercial c’est atypique donc commerce et restaurations à proximité. Le parking est gratuit.

Cons:

Pas de vue de la chambre. C’est bien dommage L’emplacement par rapport au centre ville un peu excentré. On a essayé les bus mais nous n’avons rien compris pour les stations de bus. Donc on a fini par prendre une voiture de location.
