Einfach wunderbar und perfekt!
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen gleich ein kühles Glas Wasser. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber und man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, lecker und frisch. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt. Der Weg in die Stadt und zur Burg ist kurz. Wir würden in jedem Fall wiederkommen.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Staff were really kind and helped us get the suitcases up the steep hill.
View from the room was fantastic.
The room is also designed very nicely and the bed is comfortable.
Breakfast was delicious.
Location is very close to the baazar, there is a secret shortcut that isn't shown on Google maps that takes you the the center in 5 minute uphill walk, the staff told us this secret.
At night, there was a security guard.

Luxury getaway in beautiful traditional building
Pros:

We loved the beautifully restored, traditional style building and the luxe comforts in our room - the only place with a bath in two weeks in Albania! Breakfasts were fantastic, and staff were friendly and accommodating - e.g., laundry services, assisting when we were ill etc.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - great location for visiting Gjirokaster. Staff lovely.

Loved the history of the hotel - location was superb. Great breakfast and lovely food for dinner in the hotel. Great home made red wine. All very reasonably priced. Would wholly recommend.

Hotel pitoresco , com excelente pequeno almoço
Pros:

-pequeno almoço óptimo
- localização central ( podias ir a pé para o centro atrás de um acesso que tinham mesmo ao lado do hotel)
- quarto com boas dimensões e bem decorado

Cons:

-estacionamento apesar de ser gratuito , não fica no hotel (o acesso ao hotel fica numa zona alta, não dando espaço à entrada de carros) o staff quando chegas , estaciona o teu carro e entrega as chaves na recepção (mas nada apontar )

Perfect stay
Pros:

Such a great stay! Rooms are clean, beautiful and well equipped. The staff will help you park your car and carry your luggage, and is always ready to help.
We had dinner there, which was delicious. And breakfast was also great, even more having it on the terrace. We’ll definitely come back.

Hôtel magnifique, avec une vue superbe sur la chaîne de montagnes en face et proche du château et du bazar à pied (avec des passages surprenants dans des ruelles sombres et étroites)...
La chambre était sublime, même si l'on entendait un peu les autres personnes dans le couloir... Sa vue était à couper le souffle.
Le repas, comme le petit déjeuner (servi à table) étaient succulents et le personnel charmant.
Ils nous ont demandé par whatsapp d'être prévenu de notre arrivée et gère notre véhicule. Un véritable plus...

Cons:

Seule ombre au tableau : le paiement est demandé en liquide et si l'on paie en carte, il assimile 1 euro à 100 lèques, ce qui a augmente le prix de la chambre de plus de 8 euros par nuit. Du coup je n'ai pas laissé de pourboire... C'est dommage...
Et un élément étonnant mais pas gênant : il faut faire son lit en arrivant car le drap est plié dessus mais pas installé sous la couverture.
