Der Aufenthalt wurde durch das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal positiv geprägt, war jedoch durch den reduzier
Pros:

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit. Man wurde bei allen Anliegen sofort unterstützt. Trotz eingeschränktem Betrieb haben sich alle Mitarbeiter große Mühe gegeben, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Betreuung!

Cons:

Laut Booking sollte das Hotel regulär geöffnet sein, inklusive Spa-Bereich. Kurz nach der Buchung wurde jedoch mitgeteilt, dass in der Nebensaison nur eingeschränkte Leistungen verfügbar sind. Auf meine Anfrage erfolgte keine Reaktion, und eine Stornierung (vor Ort) war nicht möglich.

Nach Rücksprache wurde die Sauna teilweise geöffnet (kein Dampfbad). Der Hotelbetrieb ist stark reduziert – Frühstück normal, Abendessen nur auf Anfrage, keine Bar.

Sehr kritisch ist die im Saunabereich angebrachte Kamera, die auf die Sauna gerichtet ist. Das hat ein deutliches Gefühl von Unwohlsein hinterlassen und sollte aus Gründen der Privatsphäre dringend überprüft werden.

Tout était parfait. Le personnel était très agréable et en hors saison nous n’étions que 3 couples dans tout l’hôtel. L’espace sport et sauna est très agréable et la chambre était impeccable ! Je recommande +++

Pros:

הגענו לפה לילה אחד מחוץ לעונה. דיל במחיר טוב. היו רק 5 חדרים נוספים עם אנשים. שאר המלון ריק בצורה מוזרה. אבל לנו זה היה מעולה, שקט, רגוע, קיבלנו שרות מיידי וטוב. שדרגנו לנו את החדר לחדר עם נוף לים בקומה 3.
סאונה טובה אומם קטנה אבל מושלמת.

המלון נקי, חדש.

Cons:

הספא לוקה בחסר, לא הכל עבד. לא היה ממש שרות/מגבות. בגלל שזה מחוץ לעונה יש פה צוות מצומצם וזה מורגש.
מאמין כשיש פה הרבה אנשים, יהיה קצת רועש בגלל אקוסטיקה בעייתית.

Cons:

Reservé pensando en bajar a la playa andando, pero no hay aceras y es carretera, el hotel te pone (pagando) opción de bajar en un buggy que te deja en la playa que es del hotel (10€ una cerveza).
Los precios del bar del hotel elevados.

Bardan aldığımız her bira için her seferinde servis ücreti alınması çok saçmaydı. Kapak açtığı için para ödemek de neyin nesi? Buggy çağırmamıza rağmen taksi gönderdiler 1 km için 10 Euro verdik. Check out saatinde kapı bozuldu 1 saate yakın eşyalarımızı almayı bekledik ve önceden ödediğimiz tekne turumuzu kaçırdık. Spası olduğu için tercih etmiştik buhar odası çalışmıyordu masaj için kimseyi bulamadık. Beklentilerimiz hayal kırıklığı oldu. Bütün çalışanlara teşekkürler ordan oraya koşturdukları için. Umarım her defasında aldıkları servis ücretleri onlara tip olarak dönüyordur

Toller Blick auf das Meer, stilvolle Einrichtung. Klares, Türkises Wasser. Shuttle zum Strand gegen kleine Gebühr.

Cons:

Müsste sauberer sein, gerade im Bad. Sonnenliegen am Pool und Strand sowie die Sitzpolster im Restaurant voll mit Flecken, was wirklich nicht einladen ist. Sehr hellhörig. Kleine Auswahl an Frühstück. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht überein.
