Villa Oliver Budapest

Uno de los principales motivos para reservar un apartamento fue tener cocina para desayunar tranquilos. Lamentablemente la heladera no funcionaba, lo que no nos fue indicado con anterioridad, por lo que mucha comida que llevamos se nos echó a perder.
Nuestra habitación estaba en el 2do piso (ático) por lo que llevó un tiempo lograr que se refrescara con el aire acondicionado porque estaba ubicado en la cocina, pero luego de aprox 1 hora ya estuvo bien.
Lo más incómodo fue la luminosidad desde temprano en la mañana. La ventana de techo tenía una cortina blackout pero estaba rota, así que nos despertó el sol bien temprano.
También falta lugar de apoyo en la ducha y algún gancho para colgar al menos la toalla de la bacha o la ropa. También hay que ajustar la ducha ya que el duchero se caía.

Єдине що не сподобалося це після резервації і оплати через booking ще додатково отримуєте e-mail що потрібно оплати туристичний збір у розмірі 4%від суми.Я вважаю якщо уже і брати цей збір то можна одразу його вказувати в ціну і оплачувати одним платежем.

I had no communication with the hosts. None of my emails were answered directly - I would send emails with a question concerning payment and there was no reply. And I used all the possible email addresses I could find: on Booking.com and also the ones on the website of Villa Oliver. A couple days later I would receive a message with instructions about what to do next concerning my stay. I had an impression that I was getting messages generated by a chat bot.
I was asking for the final details -the payment of.the city tax and the key arrangements - prior to my visit and again no reply.
On the day of my journey to Budapest I got the final instructions concerning the city tax. The payment of this tax was the condition to get my key details. I got the message when I was on the train already and it was a challenge to pay the city tax due to a weak internet connection.
I was surprised by the lack of direct communication as I am used to exchanging messages with hosts before a visit to a new place.
On top of that, a breakfast basket was supposed to be delivered to me every day. One day there was no basket and after my email asking about it and no reply I had to call the office and ask for the delivery.
After that, there was no problem with the basket.
I also need to admit that the breakfast basket delivered to me was not what the photo showed on Booking.com.
The lack of direct communication and the issue with the breakfast were the only things that made my stay less than what I expected.
Other than that, it was a pleasant place with a great localization.

Sajnos a parkolas

There's no air conditioning in the bedroom like in the pictures, and in the morning an angry employee came because we were a little late going out

Fontos lenne előre közölni, hogy délutáni foglalásnál reggeli csak fél 9 után. A reggeli egy kosárka tartósélelmiszer az ajtó elé lerakva.

Csak 2 db kispárna volt a szobában.

Niemand kommt um den Fernseher einzuschalten!!!! 4 × angerufen.
Keine neue Wäsche für die 2. Buchung, die im Anschluss an die erste war.

A felső szoba zaja komoly mértékben hallatszik. Az előre megfizetett szállásdíjon felül, a bejutási adatokat további 10 EUR takarítási díj megfizetése fejében kaptam csak meg. A reggeli mennyiségben és minőségben is komolytalan.
