Pros:

A szállás elhelyezkedése, a bejutás probléma mentes volt.

Cons:

A foglaláskor alacsony árat mutatnak, majd utólag e-mailben még kötelező takarítási díjat kérnek, ami a Booking ár részleteiben nem szerepelt. Így a hirdetett ár nem a valós végösszeg. Ez a gyakorlat erősen félrevezető benyomást kelt, és úgy tűnik, mintha az lenne a célja, hogy a szállás olcsóbbnak látszódjon a keresési listában, mint amennyibe valójában kerül.

Érthető, hogy a végtakarítás költsége független attól, hogy valaki 1 vagy több éjszakát marad. Sok szállás azonban ezt egyszerűen átlagolja és beépíti az éjszakánkénti árba, így a vendégek már a foglaláskor a valós költséget látják. Pros:

Die Lage ist ruhig, in einer Nebenstraße. Viel mehr positive Aussagen sind nicht möglich.

Cons:

Es gibt keine Rezeption. Man kann die Vermieter nur über ein Call-Center erreichen. Die Tür des Apartments zeigt Spuren eines Einbruchs. Der Abfluss in der Dusche war verstopft und der Boden dadurch schnell überschwemmt. Das Problem scheint wegen der vorgefundenen Spuren bekannt gewesen zu sein, wurde aber trotz geringem Aufwand nicht vor der Vergabe behoben.
Rauchgeruch im gesamten Apartment.
Das Frühstück bestand aus einem Korb mit ein paar Scheiben Toast, etwas Aufstrich einem Teebeutel, Einer Kaffee-Kapsel und einer kleinen Packung Orangensaft. Ich dachte zuerst, jemand hat nicht mehr gebrauchtes Essen zurückgelassen.

E foarte spatios apartamentul, intr-o zona foarte linistita!

Cons:

Micul dejun nu a fost tip bufet, au fost pregatite cateceva intr-un cosulet. As fi apreciat, daca croissantul era cumparat din brutarie. Cel pe care l-am primit a fost ambalat si cumparat din supermarchet.

Ranajky boli dobre, najedli sme sa, najviac sa mi pacilo, ze boli dostupne aj kapsule do kavovaru. Velmi dobre vymyslene s kosmi s ranajkami. Vybavenie fajn, urcite pre dvoch dospelych a dve deti bolo ubytovanie postacujuce.

Vseobnecne bolo ubytovanie dobre, len tesnenie okolo sprchoveho kuta bolo nepekne, slabe, po sprchovani vytekala voda zo sprchy.
