Pros:

They did not contact me through email for checkin information. Could not locate the place. They did not answer provided phone number. Ended up getting different hotel for 2 nights. They refused requested refund. I suggest you remove them from your site.

Pros:

Was told when ariving by a person living in this complex, that the person renting them out had have multiple police reports filed, cause it was illegal to sublet the places. Furthermore the promised parking spaces were owned by the tenants.
We did not stay here but found another place to stay. Hotels.com was incompetent in helping in this situation, and refused to refund the stay.

The host didn’t answer my calls, text messages and Expedia’s calls so I didn’t stay there. I do not recommend it at all.

bad communication, bad check in, shower in the middle of the room, smelly fridge, dirty toilet and ext.

Pros:

I booked a room for 3 person they gave me a double bed. No one from facility take care of our problem. I drove 12 hours to be there and also there were no toilet in the room.
