El personal merecen un reconocimiento
Pros:

El personal merece un reconocimiento. Totalmente atendidos hasta el último día en el que teníamos que desplazarnos a las 4am al aeropuerto y nos facilitaron un desayuno para llevar espectacular. Las habitaciones muy bien, el desayuno excelente y la ubicacion no pudo ser mejor para estar justo en el sítio preciso para conocer el casco historico. Muy bien, la verdad.

Zentrale Lage, nettes Personal, etwas kn die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, so auch das Mobiliar. Sauber, sehr nettes Personal und gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr zentrale Lage. Gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Badezimmer sind etwas veraltet, zudem hatte ich nicht immer warmes Wasser; eher kühl und nicht stark geheizt.

Pros:

We dont have Any complains! Biggest compliment would go to guy on reception ! He is extremely nice and polite and always there for everything what is need it ! I forgot his name but he was on both days on our coming for check in this month ! Very very professional and nice!

Cons:

Nothing to complain at all ! Rooms are always nice and clean ! Staff very polite ! Breakfast and food very tasty !

Belváros közelsége. Ágy kényelmes volt. Garázst biztosítottak.

Cons:

Hideg volt a szobában, a fűtést nem lehetett állítani. Nagyon zajos volt a szoba, valami nagyon zúgott. Rugalmatlanok voltak a bejelentkezés tekintetében. Nincs minibár, a földszinti bár este 9-kor bezár.

Pros:

Ár érték arányban teljesen megfelelő volt a szoba. Tisztaság van, jól felszerelt, a személyzet kedves és a másnapi reggeli is bőséges. Máskor is biztosan visszatérek.

Cons:

És kicsit lehett volna korszerűbb a bútorzat mivel néhol karistolás látszódott rajta, de ezen kívül nem tudnék más negatívumot mondani.
