Esperienza positiva per i miei figli e i loro amici. Hanno apprezzato la struttura. Ci torneranno!
Pros:

Il soggiorno risultava molto positivo per i miei figli e i loro amici. La posizione era davvero comoda: raggiungevano la spiaggia a piedi in pochi minuti e nelle vicinanze c’era anche un tratto di spiaggia libera, molto utile per chi non voleva prenotare lettini e ombrellone. Il quartiere era tranquillo ma ben servito: a pochi passi trovavano supermercati, farmacie, bar e ristoranti, quindi si muovevano facilmente senza auto e avevano tutto a portata di mano.

L’appartamento in cui soggiornavano era pulito, ordinato e ben tenuto, dotato di tutto il necessario per alcuni giorni (angolo cottura e accessori essenziali). Gli spazi risultavano ben distribuiti e silenziosi la sera, e nel complesso riposavano bene. Anche le aree comuni apparivano curate e in ordine.

Una nota di merito andava allo staff, sempre cortese e disponibile: l’accoglienza risultava semplice e le persone dello stabile si dimostravano gentili ogni volta che chiedevano informazioni. Questo aspetto faceva davvero la differenza, soprattutto all’arrivo e per i consigli pratici sulla zona.

In sintesi, il Residence si rivelava un’ottima base per una vacanza al mare a Cesenatico: posizione comoda, servizi vicini e appartamenti puliti e confortevoli. Ci torneranno volentieri.

La pox di parcheggiare vicino la struttura.

io avevo un'appartamento ocn matrimoniale ad uso singolo. Sono stato due notti per un tot di 256€. Non hanno un servizio vero e proprio di reception. Cassaforte all'interno dell'armadio distrutta. Porta del bagno che picchia contro al lavandino e non si apre, lavatrice attaccata al water, quando togli il caricabatterie dalla presa la presa ti segue fino a casa....insomma sarebbe da sistemare. La zona poi non è forse la migliore di Cesenatico, diciamo così.

Anyway it was an enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Nice neighbohood with good local atmosphere. Grocery, excellent small pizza place and a bar nearby. The towncentre is close and it is beautiful with canal, harbor, fish restaurants. Friendly host.

Cons:

WIFI sometimes not working. Kitchen poorly equipped. No small bowls and plates. Curtains not able to draw, were blocked. Insect net torn. Only one bedside table. Had to use one of the chairs. Only two chairs. No bedside lamps. Extra pillow, enough toilet paper, garbage bag was provided after request. We could have requsted repair and missing stuff but we did not want to bother.

Pros:

I liked, really liked the warm welcome of Bulgarian receptionist, she was really nice and helpful. The apartments are well equiped. Very good quality

Cons:

It was a too short of a stay for any complains. Kitchen is a bit smallish but it was expected and acceptable.
