Prachtig nieuw
Pros:

Prachtig nieuw appartement. Heel luxe. Mooie keuken met alles erop en eraan. Dichtbij het centrum. Heerlijke bedden !

Very nice and relaxing!
Pros:

We liked having a sea view 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony. The apartment was very tastefully decorated; with a modern feel to it. It also had a washing machine and large refrigerator. A drying rack was provided for drying clothing. That worked out really well. It was only a short walk to catch a train to Genoa. It was very clean too.

Cons:

Would have liked daily housekeeping service; or the option to get clean towels. We weren’t suppled with enough toilet paper; so we had to walk over to The Grand Hotel reception desk to get more.

Pros:

Location is very good - across the street, you will see the sea. Take a short morning walk, you will meet the little cute town, breathing the fresh air mixed with coffee and fresh backed goods.

La ragazza alla reception ha dimostrato totale disinteresse per la rimostranza fatta.
Pros:

Nessuna colazione,perché non era prevista, camera accogliente e pulita, bagno veramente piccolo, praticabile sono se si è longilinei.

Cons:

Purtroppo non viene segnalato che l’acqua calda nel bagno dipende da un boiler e quindi non copre la necessità di due docce. Questo ha creato un forte disagio dato che non era possibile per noi,aspettare 40 minuti affinché si riscaldasse nuovamente ( come consigliato dalla reception).

L’appartamento era pulitissimo, il letto comodo e la cucina ben attrezzata

Cons:

Il bagno cieco, con la porta che, urtando contro il lavabo, non poteva aprirsi completamente.

Appartamento funzionale e location comoda per muoversi anche a piedi.
Pros:

Ampio appartamento con varie mensole e appoggi sia all'ingresso che in camera, arredamento minimal ma funzionale. Gradevole il giardino esterno, comodo il garage con ampio spazio per il veicolo.
La location è comoda anche per spostarsi a piedi verso il centro o verso il supermercato coop a 400mt.

Cons:

Bagno piccolo con porta a incastro, ma lo spazio era quello :-).
Ci sono poche stoviglie, due bicchieri sia per vino che per acqua contati, due piatti fondi e nessuna ciotola.

Boa localização, moderno e amplo.Garagem interna muito boa (incluida no preço). Local tranquilo.
Pros:

Local bem localizado, perto de todos os serviços e restaurantes e praia. Instalações novas, modernas e muito amplas. Bem equipado. Estacionamento amplo, dentro do predio, facil de manobrar.

How to take a 9 rating to 3 in one bathroom
Pros:

Everything except the bathroom

Cons:

The bathroom , door could not open fully, shoehorn into toilet, squeeze past door / vanity, dingy lighting, no exhaust fan. An absolute fail. Everything there just unusable
