Después de una experiencia muy decepcionante en nuestro alojamiento anterior, encontrar este lugar fue un auténtico golpe de suerte. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos bienvenidos gracias a Fernanda y a los propietarios, cuya amabilidad, cercanía y profesionalidad hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera especial.
El hotel es simplemente espectacular. Los techos altos, los detalles arquitectónicos y la atmósfera del lugar transmiten la sensación de estar alojándose en un auténtico palacio, con todo el encanto de la historia y el confort de un alojamiento cuidado con cariño.
La habitación era preciosa, cómoda y llena de personalidad. El desayuno merece una mención aparte: abundante, variado y de una calidad excepcional.
Hay lugares que cumplen las expectativas y otros que las superan por completo. Este pertenece claramente al segundo grupo. Nos marchamos encantados y con la sensación de haber descubierto un pequeño tesoro. Volveríamos una y mil veces, y lo recomendaremos siempre que tengamos ocasión.

Hotel dans une ancienne demeure qui a gardé tout son charme mais avec le standing moderne. Grande salle de bain, chambre immense avec peintures, charme.
Le petit déjeuner est à la carte et cela nous a bien plu.

The breakfast was made to order and delicious. The entire setting was beautiful. We had the room with a terrace and the view was lovely. Our hired driver was met by the staff on the street to carry our luggage up. There is no elevator (which is to be expected) and there are many steep steps.

This is an example of how to combine old and modern together. Absolutely stunning room that is looking like a bedroom from an ancient castle, but still keeping comfort and cozy feeling. Modern and high quality bathroom. Very good breakfast and very friendly and helpful owner.
There is literary nothing to complain and it is one of the nicest and most comfortable and stylish places I have ever been and I have seen a lot. We felt really good there.

The stay here was an amazing peek into what the older, graceful, grandiose world was like in a building centuries old, built when every room, stairway, and waiting area were extremely large, with ornate moldings, high painted ceilings, and even a chapel within. On checking in, I met and spoke to the man whose family had owned the building for 9 generations. The room itself was extremely large and spacious, with a painted ceiling I won't forget. But the bathroom was brand new and had been completely remodeled to modern expectations. The breakfast was fantastic and very quiet, in a room with a row of windows viewing vast fields outside the Montepulciano hilltop. The hotel area of the building is up one flight of stairs, but I found the wide ancient stairway and entire experience extremely satisfying. A truly remarkable experience, will definitely return.
