Tolles Hotel mit ausbaufähigem Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel war wirklich sehr schön und modern. Eines der Besten, in dem wir je waren, was die Einrichtung und die Poolanlage betraf.
Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr modern eingerichtet.

Cons:

Leider war der Service schlecht. Man wartet sehr lange, bis man sein bestelltes Essen bekommt. Beim Frühstück ware es eine knappe Stunde!! Da war mein 2.Kaffee schon leer und Gäste die nach uns bestellten, bekamen vor uns ihr Essen. Alles wirkte unorganisiert. So wurden wir auch ewig nicht gefragt, ob wir noch einen Wunsch hätten, oder das leere Geschirr abgeräumt.

Pros:

Lage, Ausstattung, Professionalität und Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter

Cons:

Duschboden sehr rutschig, das Leitungswasser hat (wohl klär- und chlorbedingt) einen unangenehm mucheligen Geruch.
Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist ausbaufähig, die Kaffee- und Eierspezialitäten dagegen lassen keine Wünsche übrig

Hotel con buone potenzialità ma non darei 5 stelle. Manca decisamente una buona pulizia perché ragnatele e meglio non spostare le tende

Mi è piaciuto tutto!

Cons:

Se devo proprio essere pignola ma proprio pignola, visto e considerato che l’hotel è nuovo e ci sono molte vetrate, avrei curato un po’ di più la pulizia dei vetri.

Amazing! Reika and Fruzina were so incredibly helpful.
Pros:

We had to leave our booked property because it was infested with spiders. Found this spot at 11:40p and it’s been the best hotel so far. They found me a room for the rest of my stay and they were pretty booked- still they figured out a way to set us up.

Cons:

I wish we had a different room than the ADA but, we understand.
