Modernes City Hotel aber Ausbaufähig
Pros:

Wir buchten dieses Hotel über die Weihnachtsfeiertage 2025.
Die Zugfahrt von Wien Hauptbahnhof nach Budapest Kelenföld mit RegioJet können wir sehr empfehlen!

Der Empfang mit einen Willkommensdrink war sehr nett und die jungen Damen am Empfang und im Restaurant sind sehr freundich und nett!
Das Zimmer war schon sehr viel früher fertig und machte uns glücklich!
Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit extra Weihnachtlicher Überaschung und Pralinen.

Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt, Weihnachtsmärkte in der Umgebung und auch direkt vor der Türe.
Das Restaurant war Atemberaubend, schön dekoriert und man wird zum Tisch gebracht.
Man konnte zum Frühstück täglich eine Speise a la carte bestellen und auch vom Buffet schlemmen.
Dies war sehr Umfangreich und Alles sehr frisch und Regional.
Ungarische Salami und Paprika Pulver geräuchert in den Speisen...sehr zum Empfehlen!

Das Essen für den Zimmerservice konnte man praktisch vom Handy aus bestellen. Der Preis war sehr gut doch leider bekam man nur eine halbe Hühnerbrust. Der Burger Medium mit Pommes perfekt und lecker aber die halbe Hühnerbrust in Pilzsauce mit Pasta schaute peinlich aus Sorry. Für eine ganze würde bestimmt jeder Gast etwas mehr bezahlen.

Der Spa Bereich war leider etwas klein für das Hotel aber sehr sauber und nicht zu überlaufen zu unsere Zeit im Dezember.
Die Sauna und den Wasserdampf Raum fanden wir toll und das Wasser zum Abkühlen hatte die perfekte Temperatur dafür.

Wir durften auch noch nach dem Check out das Spa benutzen. Auch die Mitarbeiter im Spa Bereich und Security waren sehr freundich und hilfsbereit. Weiter so! Sehr Empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Leider waren die Möbel und die Sitzbank im Restaurant sehr abgenutzt, gehört repariert bitte. Macht keinen schönen Eindruck.
Am 24. Dezember war das Personal im Restaurant etwas unterbesetzt.
Leider mehr Wartezeit und ein wenig gestresste Mitarbeiter.
Ich kann verstehen, dass man möglichst vielen Mitarbeitern zu dieser Zeit frei geben möchte aber jedoch nicht auf den Schultern deren die fleissig an diesen Tag arbeiten. Das spüren natürlich auch die Gäste, die eigentlich ruhige und entspannte Weihnachtsfeiertage bei Ihnen verbringen möchten. Ausbaufähig in Führung von Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Only the location of the hotel indicates that it is a 5* hotel, everything else is terrible, we even paid for the mini bar at check-out which we didn't use so we feel robbed. In any case, never again.
