Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lager ist unschlagbar, das Hotel sehr sauber und das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut, leider gibt es nur bis 10.30h Frühstück. Das Atrium ist architektonisch sehr gelungen und gibt eine wohlige Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Das einzige, was ich bemängeln könnte wäre, dass die Lichtschalter etwas chaotisch funktionieren. Es gibt auch keinen Generalschalter an der Tür, nur neben dem Bett. Dann muss man aber durch das dunkle Zimmer irren.

החדר גדול, נוח ושקט
המיטות מאוד מאוד נוחות.
יש במלון בריכה מקורה חביבה מאוד וקטנה בתוך הספא

לילדים מותר להיכנס לבריכה עד השעה 17:00 זה לא היה ידוע מראש

Amazing hotel in perfect location let down by poor management

Great location, wonderful facilities and beautifully clean.

Cons:

Very poor front desk training and lack of communication from management after being double charged. It's not the front desk staff's fault that they're poorly trained - They seem over worked too, so I can forgive that, but after being double charged I immediately brought it to their attention and got back that the manager would be in touch by email. They still haven't contacted me. What should've been a great stay was ruined by stress about being double charged.
