Staff and housecleaning excellent. Good location.

Cons:

You gotta figure out how to work the blinds and lights on your own. A bit confusing. My room (409) over a semi busy street so some noise from that.

Pros:

Konum olarak çok avantajlıydı. hem otobüs duraklarına çok yakın hem de hemen hemen her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. hemen yakınında yeme-içme yerleri ve market vardı. Temizlik konusunda oldukça tatminkardı. Balkonlu odada konakladığımız için daha da keyifliydi.

Sevmediğim her hangi bir şey olmadı. Her şey gayet güzeldi.

Es war sehr Zentral gelegen und man kam gut überall zu Fuß hin. Bett war bequem und die Ausstattung war gut. Großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne.

Cons:

Wir wurden leider von unerwünschten Mitbewohnern überrascht. Wir hatten leider ca. 5-6 Schaben im Zimmer gesehen, dies hatten wir natürlich dem Personal gemeldet. Passiert ist aber nichts.. Man hat es nur wahrgenommen.
Zum Glück haben wir die Käfer erst beim Check in bemerkt!!

La literie était confortable et excellent emplacement

Cons:

Je n’avais pas compris que pour le petit déjeuner il fallait se rendre dans un autre bâtiment à deux minutes à pied de l’hôtel ce qui est dommage.
Aussi il s’agit d’un petit déjeuner à la carte (environ 6 options) incluant un café ou thé et un jus, le surplus est à notre charge.

Excellent hôtel ! L’hôtel est parfait, très propre, très design, avec des matériaux de qualité. L’emplacement est top, au centre ville, proche des commodites, on peut tout faire à pied. Le personnel est très sympa !

Piacevole soggiorno in un albergo nuovo, curato e pulito
Pros:

L'esperienza in hotel è stata positiva,: le stanze sono belle, curate e pulite. Io ho dovuto chiedere un cambio stanza per cattivo odore dal wc e mi hanno trovato un'altra sistemazione senza difficoltà. In generale raccomando la struttura ma attenzione alla colazione!

Cons:

La colazione è servita in un altro hotel del gruppo a 5 minuti di distanza. Questo non era specificato nè sulla pagina booking nè sul sito dell'albergo. Inoltre, non si tratta di una colazione a buffet, ma di un servizio al tavolo in cui il cliente sceglie tra 6-7 piatti e ha un succo di frutta e un caffè o cappuccino. Infine, nel caso in cui si sia in gruppo, bisogna necessariamente presentarsi allo stesso orario (con scelta tra le ore 7, 8 e 9). Nel caso in cui si sia in famiglia va bene, ma quando si è con colleghi può essere poco praticabile. Queste modalità sono molto diverse da ciò che si trova di solito, per cui bisognerebbe comunicarlo in anticipo. Personalmente, se avessi saputo in anticipo, avrei scelto un altro hotel.
