Ładny hotel, ale nie zachwyca.
Pros:

Bardzo miły concierge i recepcja. Smaczne śniadanie. Dobra lokalizacja.

Cons:

Nikt nie wziął od nas bagaży na wejściu, dopiero jak staliśmy z nimi na recepcji (a widział nas portier). Poźniej jak wróciliśmy z zakupów z wielkimi torbami, ponownie nikt nie zwrócił uwagi na to, żeby nam pomóc... Ponadto nikt nie pokazał nam hotelu (gdzie jest spa, siłownia itd.) Jedynie pokazano nam restaurację.

Pros:

Amazing location in the middle of Budapest, very tasty breakfasts, nice and cosy rooms, the staff was amazing as well. The beefbar restaurant on the ground floor was one of the tastiest places I’ve ever been to, highly recommended!
Overall a wonderful hotel in Budapest

Cons:

The reception was understaffed and I had to wait in line every time I went there or called them

Truly a 5-star stay.
Pros:

Gorgeous building. Very modern while paying respect to the historical nature of the building and area. Loved the working thermostat, bed, design, lighting scheme-everything. Couldn’t fault anything.

onthaal was zeer vriendelijk, maar duurde te lang. je geeft op voorhand alle gegevens door, dan moet dit veel sneller afgehandeld kunnen worden. Ook de domotica sturing in de kamer is heel fancy, maar niet praktisch.

Fantastic stay ever
Pros:

I accidentally left my phone in the taxi that brought me to the hotel, but thanks to the staff who checked the camera footage, identified the taxi number, and contacted the driver, my phone was safely returned to me.
Barnaba, who assisted me, understood what I was trying to say despite my poor English, and his calm and caring support truly, truly saved me.

The exterior and interior of the hotel are, of course, stunning, but what impressed me even more was the exceptional kindness and attentiveness of the staff. It is not only a beautiful hotel—it is an extraordinary one.
I have never had such a moving and memorable stay before. I’ve completely fallen in love with Budapest.
