schöne offene restaurant-bar-terrasse in zentraler lage vis a vis oper an andrassy utca, eleganteste strasse von budapest.
prächtiges historisches gebäude mit sehr anspruchsvoller sanierung bzw umbau zum hotel (ursprünglich bulgari). besonders die zimmer im dach sind architektonisch gelungen (eichenholz an böden, wänden, decken). angenehme farbenfrohe bäder/duschen, verchromte profildetails. grosszügiger wellnessbereich mit attraktivem hellen-bunten design unter alten gewölben.
freundlicher aufmerksamer service. sehr ordentliches frühstück.

Pros:

The staff couldn't do enough for you and really appreciated the little things, like recommendations of where to go and what to see. The rooms and the hotel in general are spectacular and cater to just about everything we could have needed.

Pros:

Central location, beautiful building, nicely decorated rooms/interior

Cons:

There was a loud DJ set on one night that was disruptive. The room was not very clean, there were stains on the pillows and there was an odd smell in the room.

Die Lage ist super, das Frühstück haben wir nicht im Hotel eingenommen, aber das Abendessen im Hotel
war nicht so toll. Die Nudeln waren kalt, das viele Service-Personal ist irgendwie wirr durch das Lokal gelaufen!
Aber im Großen und Ganzen war der Aufenthalt für uns toll.
