The whole experience felt amateurish and poorly organized
Cons:

The breakfast was hideous. I chose this hotel because breakfast was included, but it was a huge disappointment.
The breakfast area was dirty, cramped, and poorly maintained. The trays were sticky, greasy, and unclean. Every morning felt like watching a battle over the last piece of watermelon. Once something ran out — whether it was watermelon, waffle batter, butter, or eggs — it was simply gone for good.
The breakfast room also had the worst possible balance between noise and acoustics. It was impossible to sit down and enjoy the already poorly put-together breakfast. It was louder than the city center outside.

The service was really bad as well. They didn't clean the room. I had to ask for it.
