Our room was not serviced or cleaned, when we arrived the area of the floor around the reception has bits plastic and other all over it

Pros:

A reggeliztető hölgy nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt.

Cons:

A szobában egy üveg víz helyett egy üres kancsó fogadott, amit a földszinten lehet feltölteni. Ha lenne minden szinten egy vízautomata, nem is tenném szóvá, de a hatodikról leliftezni óránként, kicsit kellemetlen. Nincs vendégpapucs, vanity kit. A hűtőszekrény tele volt morzsákkal. Ezért az árért nem egy eddig megszokott Radisson színvonalat kaptam.
