Fridge facilities inside the room are only available for Executive Twin & Executive King. However, there is a refrigerator in the common area for all the guests
So disappointed with this Hotel. The staff are excellent nonetheless. The hotel is not maintained as per 4 Stars rating in Agoda I will not even rate it as beyond 2 out of 5 at the most because of the service staff. It is a shame. Supposed to stay from 25th Dec 2023 - 30th Dec 2023 but check out on the 26th Dec 2023 just after a day because of this experience. The hotel is just not maintained. The aircon, the carpet, the wallpaper, the broken fixtures, the swimming pool and on and on. Just a lot to mention on this establishment. . Feels like being scammed on the false advertisements. I lost a lot of money and for the sake of my vacation from turning upside down, I changed hotel on the 2nd day of my stay and it is the totally the opposite of this miserable experience. Please do something, you are ruining your image and establishment. I wondered if the chain is serious about their commitment to ensure good memorable hotel guest experience.
highly recommend, I stayed here on a business trip with good and friendly service and also very clean. very comfortable staying here, if I go to Bandung again I will stay here again, the jarna is also close to the city. Thank you for service
I am visiting Bandung again after a year and thought of writing a review from last year’s visit… Booked a room here on Feb 24th, 2022 via Agoda, because of a family’s recommendation. Big mistake! The worst hotel ever, dirty and smelly! I checked out right away and moved to Best Western (better property and customer service at Best Western).
My friend booked by agoda. we're stay in 3rd floor where we had a gorgeous pool view . the room actually biger. the breakfast standard. but we have memorable stay to enjoy with your helpfull staff . We hope you read this Ms. Julie . She a verry helpfull staff and we are proudly say her service are first class . Always Checking for our needs . Have good sense of humor, fast respons, . And pretty kind with a good attitude . She helps my moms a lot. I fully hope your sucess in future . We belive you will Ms. Julie . Thank you for giving us a memorable stay . Hope to see you again .
Hi.. Julia if you still remember us . sorry for my late review .We're from netherland and it's our first time stay in this hotel i booked the room from agoda. From the moment we were checked in by Ms Julia we had a most memorable stay until we checked out. also she checked on us in every occasions to see if we were enjoying our stay or if we needed anything. she is one of the professional person , friendly and very good sense of humor and always smiles.
About hotel having very great pool with nature view, full of mirror in every where, the breakfast is also good .

I Was Check in in 29 March . I forgot my room number but i've think i stay in 2 floor in this hotel. I meet the hotel staff who's pretty kind person, and friendly i ever meet i've think . she helps and listen us a lot . We realy enjoy out stay . About the hotel i've thing you need to make your lobby more bigger . And i can say the room size is biger, cleanlines also average, i have nothing complain about the hotel facilities . One more the pool area having a pretty view espeially for you who want take asthetic photos and show it out on the instagram . And to ms.julia keep it up the great job . See u when we see u again .
I have a pleasent stay here, facilities are good and all staff are humble, food are excellent but they served food with the same menu everyday. please make a new variation with the menu. next time I wil visit this hotel again.
Kami mendapatkan pelayanan buruk sekali dari hotel ini. Saya stay dari tgl. 30-31 Oktober 2021.
Bermula dari email dan chat via agoda dari saya yg merequest kamar double bed smoking, tidak di balas2. Akhirnya saya mesti WA dan dibalasnya baru 2 hari kemudian. Ketika saya sampai dan menanyakan ketersediaan kamar, mrk cm ada 2 option, twin smoking atau double smoking. Payah sekali pengelolaannya, Akhirnya saya pilih twin dengan bed di combine. Ketika saya sampai di kamar, bed belum disatukan, dan ada puntung rokok customer sebelumnya di lantai. Sprei dan gordyn juga terlihat kusam.
Hari berikutnya, saya DIKECEWAKAN dengan kolam renang (fasilitas umum) ditutup karena lokasinya dipakai akad nikah. Saya sudah bayar utk stay di hotel ini, bayar utk pakai fasilitas mrk, tapi ditutup untuk kepentingan sekelompok tamu tertentu. Mereka ini ngerti tidak ya pengelolaan hotel harusnya seperti apa? kok BODOH sekali. Inilah buruknya liburan post Covid, kemarin2 mati2an cari customer krn PSBB dan PPKM, tapi ketika customer datang semua orderan diterima dan gak mementingkan kepuasan costumer. Saya dan bbrp keluarga lain marah karena baru diizinkan utk berenang diatas pkl. 10, pdhl saya check out pkl. 12! Saya harus adu mulut dulu dengan resepsionis, WO dan security utk bisa berenang di hotel yg saya bayar utk stay! Benar2 PAYAH! Akhirnya kami cuek aja berenang disebelahnya orang akad.
Manager tidak ada di lokasi saat kami ribut2, saya komplain pun mereka tidak menanggapi dan hanya frontliner yang meminta maaf.. dikira saya butuh permintaan maaf mereka?? gak ada kompensasi, gak ada toleransi.. hanya MAAF. Menejemen hotel yg sungguh BODOH!
Parkiran hotel ini juga sangat sempit dan menyulitkan mobil minibus, pengelola parkirnya gak mau bantu dan malah judesin kita pdhl kita kesulitan keluar dari driveway lobby. PAYAH staf2 kalian, malu2in..

We got very bad service from this hotel. I stay from the date. October 30-31, 2021.
Starting from an email and chat via agoda from me who requested a smoking double bed room, no reply. Finally I had to WA and it was only 2 days later. When I arrived and asked for room availability, they had 2 options, twin smoking or double smoking. The management is really bad, I finally chose a twin with a combined bed. When I got to the room, the bed had not been put together, and there were cigarette butts from the previous customer on the floor. Bed linen and curtains also look dull.
The next day, I was DISAPPOINTED with the swimming pool (public facilities) closed because the location was used for a marriage ceremony. I have paid to stay at this hotel, paid to use their facilities, but it was closed for the benefit of a certain group of guests. Do they understand what hotel management should be like? why so stupid. This is how bad the post Covid holiday is, yesterday I was desperately looking for customers because of PSBB and PPKM, but when the customer came all orders were accepted and didn't care about customer satisfaction. Me and several other families were angry because they were only allowed to swim above 6:00 p.m. 10, pdhl i check out pkl. 12! I had to argue first with the receptionist, WO and security to be able to swim at the hotel that I paid to stay! It's AWESOME! In the end, we just didn't care to swim next to the person at the ceremony.
The manager was not at the location when we made a fuss, I complained that they did not respond and only the frontliner apologized.. do you think I need their apology?? no compensation, no tolerance.. just SORRY. What a stupid hotel management!
The hotel parking lot is also very narrow and makes it difficult for minibus cars, the parking manager doesn't want to help and even judges us if we have trouble getting out of the driveway lobby. WORST your staff, shame on you..
DON'T STAY AND MAKE AN EVENT AT THIS HOTEL, JUST FIND ANOTHER HOTEL!!! *not recommended!
I booked executive room here. The quality is rather abysmal. All the room looks dirty and smelly. Bweghhhh. The bathroom is so dirty and smelly. Nobody should never sleep in this hotel ever again. Disgusting
It was my third stay with amarossa hotel. The hotel is still the same with : friendly staff's,good service and as usual the design of the room is very good. We're happy to stay there. Cant wait to come back to this hotel for sure.
At a glimpse it looked like a nice hotel. They put some classic style furniture at the lobby but it was such a deceiving. When entering the room it looked so shabby and dusty. Bedsheet turned yellow already, furniture in room looked old, showed that maintainance was done poorly.
its been a great stay here in “ the Amaroossa Hotel “ . the hospitality here was great.. loving the westerns food such as pasta was super delicious ❤️ . bandung its such a beautiful place t visit .. i enjoy each and every moment while im over here .. the room service was excellent! this hotel is highly recommended 🤙🏻❤️ last but not least , the hotel GRO WAS excellent and vv friendly t towards the guest , she ensure the we had a good stay here in amaroossa hotel .. till then see you again amaroossa hotel ❤️❤️💖
Staff really not helpful. I arrived at 13.00 and told to wait for my room. But instead people come after me, get their room before me. So I asked the staff at the reception and they said I haven't registered. Even though I already have a booking and paid my room two days earlier. They said I have to register again at the reception providing my ID. They never asked me to do that when I asked them earlier when I want to check in. And I get my room but the room is twin bed. Not like I asked and booked. I told the staff and they said the room was full.
When I enter the room, the bed sheet looks nothing like white sheet. The room is dirty and have a spooky look.
I often go to bandung for business trip and stay in various hotel in bandung before. And this is by far my worst experience. There's a lot hotel in the same price range offer a better quality.

Our first time to visit Bandung..Great weather..great peoples..great Hotel...especially lots of Breakfirst varieties.We hav great Driver to drive us around Bandung (Gin).Visited Kawah Puteh..its a great trip sure to come again to Bandung.
Amaroossa Hotel with unique furniture and good area (near interactive shopping and eating) in Bandung. with good breakfast and warm staff, u should sometime try it. but like other old hotel. Amaroossa must do something specially in rooms area. i said clean but need extra to remove the water remark and plumbing system and wastafel. cause many new hotel around Bandung as your competitor. creating many event it good for family guest.
Stay here for only one night, for doing some appointment business in bandung around, first impression was great, luxury, elegant looks like, got smoking room as requested , in-fact the room so smelly, from the carpet feels so dusty, spot on sheet, and stain towel & torn, went to coffee shop and order a cup of hot cappuccino, but the coffee was horrible too much foam. But the part of all the messy here, they have a good breakfast .
Stay for 2 nights..
- When checked in, there is no bath towel..
- The fridge not cold..
- when they have low ocupancy, (2nd day we stayed) they serve the breakfast with the alacarte.. The problem is, they served too slow 😔

+ variety and the taste was good during the breakfast buffet (1st day)
The hotel was kinda old but they maintained its cleanliness and the architectural design. Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating.
