For a first stay in France, I was very satisfied of my stay at odalys city Les docks it was very pleasant and very comfortable

Alles neu und bestens. Nettes Personal am Empfang.

Nous nous sommes trompés au niveau de la réservation en prenant 2 lits séparés la dame à l’accueil nous a changé gratuitement de chambres sans frais.
La chambre était bien spacieuse seulement il y avait des traces de cafés sur le mur et sur le tapis

I stayed at the Odalys hotel apartment in Le Havre and was very disappointed with both the condition of the facilities and the service provided.
The freezer in the apartment was absolutely filthy – it was disgusting, with what appeared to be dried blood inside. Clearly, it hadn’t been cleaned properly before my arrival, which raised serious concerns about the overall hygiene standards of the accommodation.
I reported the issue to reception, but the staff were completely unhelpful. They had no solution for defrosting or cleaning the freezer and seemed unwilling or untrained to deal with even basic maintenance requests. The housekeeper was equally ineffective, citing that the fridge was integrated into the kitchen and could not be accessed, unplugged, or moved, as it was fixed behind a wooden panel to match the kitchen decor.
This setup made it impossible to clean or defrost the appliance without professional intervention – yet there was no maintenance staff available to assist during my stay.
Additionally, the building only has one elevator to serve nine floors, leading to long waiting times, especially during check-in/check-out periods.
Overall, I expected far better standards from a property carrying the Odalys name. The lack of cleanliness, unresponsive staff, and poor infrastructure make it hard to recommend this place to future travelers.

On a aimé et surtout on était bien accueilli, je sais pas comment elle s'appelle la dame qui était à l'accueil à notre arrivée mais elle nous a bien accueilli, merci beaucoup, je recommande l'hôtel Odalys.

Cest la deuxieme fois que nous sejournons a cet hotel et nous en sommes tres satisfait. La literie est confortable, la cuisine est appréciable et cest propre.
Petit axe damelioration : manque de clim dans le studio, il y fait vite chaud. Manque de torchon dans la cuisine, on a du laver la vaisselle a la main sans eponge. Le boitier pour ouvrir le parking est peu visible. Pour le reste, RAS et bon emplacement. Petit dejeuner tres bon. Merci.

Bruyant côté avenue, attention pas de clim. Salle bains correcte.paekinf a proximité facile a trouver et a se garer le soir

We were refused access to the hotel's private car park because it was already reserved, although we never saw it more tha 3/4 full. The station car park is only 50 yards or so further away and as it turned out proved cheaper for us than the 10 Euros per night the hotel would have charged. The cage for locking cycles is convenient and secure.

Wonderful spacious apartments with a modern renovation. Two rooms and a kitchen fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and appliances. Everything is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and welcoming. And all this for an incredible price! The only downside was the lack of available parking spaces at the hotel. We parked on a nearby street in a public parking area

Vi fick ett superfint välplanerat och rymligt familjerum på översta våningen. Enkelt pentry underlättade för att inta egen frukost. Skjutdörr mellan föräldrasängen och uppbäddad bäddsoffa uppskattades. Vi var supernöjda med rummet!

A double bed is preferred rather than two single beds placing together.

Generell ein Hotel welches man für ein bis zwei Nächte buchen kann. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 8.Stock, welches einen schönen Ausblick ermöglichte. Die Bewertung der Sauberkeit ist immer sehr subjektiv, aber wenn im Bad nicht einmal Toilettenpapier für zwei Tage vorhanden ist, ist das eher schlecht. Die Gardinen hätten ebenfalls mal wieder eine Wäsche vertragen können und die Arbeitsplatte in der Küchenzeile wurde auch schon länger nicht richtig abgewischt. Wir haben das Frühstück im Hotel wahrgenommen, welches ok ist. Die Auswahl an Wurst und Käse ist sehr beschränkt. Das Rührei ist leider nicht essbar, da es aus einer Art Brei besteht (wahrscheinlich Pulverei) und nicht ansatzweise nach Ei schmeckt. Obst gibt es am Bufffet, aber es ist nicht aufgeschnitten und optisch auch schon ein paar Tage alt. Generell habe ich kein Problem mein Obst selber zu schneiden, aber für die Schnittabfälle gibt es keinen Mülleimer. Positiv ist, dass es Milchalternativen, eine Müslibar sowie verschiedene Säfte gibt. Parken wird im Hotel zwar angeboten, es kann aber auch auf den Parkplatz circa 50m hinter dem Hotel für 7€ den ganzen Tag geparkt werden. Vom Hotel aus kann man super mit dem Fahrrad entlang des Hafens an den Stadtrand fahren und in gemütlich Restaurants essen und entspannen.

Der var begrænset parkering, men personalet var støttende til at finde alternative løsninger. Der manglede redskaber på værelset til at kunne klare dag-til-dag rengøring. Personalet udviste rigtig god service.

Hôtel sympathique, assez bien situé, parking à l’arrière (payant de 9h/17h30), literie confortable, salle de bain spacieuse. Nous y avons passé un séjour agréable. Nous n’avions pas opté pour le petit déjeuner en raison du prix qui nous semblait excessif.
