Nice place no reception so harder to get service but great for a short stay

Was great but the shower doors did not closed… water was running everywhere in the bathroom.

Muy buena ubicación. Sólo agregaría un manaul para poder armar la litera, pero fue una buena opcion. Es pequeño, hay que considerarlo y tiene escaleras la cama para ir al baño.

Fikk ikke sjekke inn fordi vi manglet kode til inngangsdøren til leilighetskomplekset. Husverten svarte ikke på noen telefoner. Kontaktet Hotels.com som skaffet alternativt hotell, men da ringte husverten tilbake.

Fin og praktisk leilighet over to etasjer, men luftkondisjoneringen virket ikke, så med 30 grader ute ble det fryktelig varmt.

Air conditioning was turned off downstairs we couldn’t figure out a way to turn it on so the place was hot.
Every morning we would wake up and find the lights weren’t working and the ac upstairs had been turned off automatically. It seems they were shutting the electricity every night to save money.

Would not stay here it was disappointing

Clean and modern. Room is small but nice. Location is great. We didn’t get the code to the door before check in so that wasn’t ideal as we had to stand in the heat to wait for another guest to come out and give us the door code. Self check in with machine; no humans. Overall, I would stay again if in the area.

11泊で泊まりました。長期滞在なのでキッチン付きを探して選びました。
キッチン付きですが、コンロはないので暖かい料理は出来ませんでした。
それ以外は2日に一回クリーニングも入るし部屋も綺麗なので満足でした。
また機会があれば候補に入れたいと思います。

10泊しました。星の数を決めるのが難しいです。。デラックス(アパルトマン)のうたい文句には、デラックス感が足りないと感じましたし、でも過度なサービスを期待しないリピーターの方には　オススメです。水回り、寝具、清掃(清掃係のマダムは最高でした)はとても気に入りました。でも、2階の部屋でしたが、カーテンを開けると、向かいのアパルトマンが近く、思いっきり開けることができませんでした。晴天続きのパリでしたので、少々勿体ない思いをしました。サービスは、こちらが聞いたら対応してくれる感じでした。玄関のパスワードも、滞在の数日後に教えてもらいました。近場にコインランドリーはあるか？と聞いてみましたが「知らない」とのこと。ネットで調べたら、歩いて数分のところにたくさん在りました。帰国日にタクシーの予約をお願いしましたが、予約されておらず、急きょUberTaxiを利用しました。

Everything was beautiful and modern.

It was a little confusing to find, but once we did, it was amazing and nice and cool. The room had multiple ways to charge our phones and watches.

The hotel was very cozy. We had issues with the room in such that if you are a person who dries or styles their hair in front of a mirror, you had better bring your own, plus a place to put it. Those two items do not work together in this room.
We also had an issue with the toilet seat not being mounted to the toilet. We did bring it to the attention of the manager and it was never resolved. Also our tv didn't turn on. Since that wasn't a big issue for us, it wasn't a major deal. We are used to the hotel standards in the USA, so a lack of closets were not a big thing, but instead of a cute table under a tv, cluttered with tchotchkes it would be nice to have a little storage.
But, the lack of a plug next to a mirror and a broken toilet seat were huge issues.
They fix those two things it would be a 5 star place for us.
The hotel was very close to the subway and lots of eating establishments nearby.

Very friendly and helpful service but cleanliness of the room could be improved. Good sound proofing.

Room amenities had "kitchen" but this did not include a hob.

Close to metro/ walkable distance to gallery lafayette.

It was new, clean and adequate. However there was no balcony at all

Nice, clean Room - unfortunately no balcon, only small window above loud ventilation.

Also, small noisy ventilation inside the room separate from air conditioner cannot be turned off

It was amazing location was the best and I would stay every time i come to paris.

Idéalement situé au coeur de Paris (moins de 30 minutes de tous les grands sites touristiques du centre de la capitale). L'hotel au design moderne est propre et suffisamment équipé. Les chambres sont spacieuse et la literie de qualité.

We got a room upgrade at arrival. It is clean and looks quite new.
Just a few steps to the Metro.

Struttura bella e appartamneto molto ben tenuto e elegante . Piccolo per lo spazio vitale in 4 , non si riesce a mangiare , non ce un tavolo per pranzo , gli spazi sono esigui ma se si vuole solo dormire va bene . Le pulizie vengono fatte ogni 2 gior i e viene offerto caffe in cialde e tisane . Presente micronde frigo . Abbiamo soggiornato in appartamento 2 piani , camera piu sottotetto dove era posizionato letto matrimoniale . Aria condizionata e riscaldamento su ogni piano indipendente
