Pros:

The property was clean and very good value for the money, the room size is good enough for three people, it has fridge microwave stove and a good size balcony
The staff very friendly and helpful, he walk us in the room and explain everything how it works including the automatic curtains. This will be my first choice when I come back to Paris.
