Centralissimo e in estate a un passo dal mare. Pulizia e manutenzione impeccabili. Staff gentile e cortese

Cons:

Stanze rumorose accanto a un nightclub . Nonostante infissi e porta blindata si sentiva tutto il chiasso esterno.

Pros:

The fire alarm went off every day at 2 am 4am and it happened everyday.
No fire just random evacuations and then it happened every night.

Pros:

The property was excellent and top notch. Only one problem that I booked this property specifically because it advertised a pool, only to arrive and find out the pool was closed. This was a disappointment, especially since there was no mention of this in the listing or during the booking process. I would have chosen a different place if I had known. Aside from that, the stay was fine, but not having access to the pool was a letdown. I recommend future guests double-check with the host about amenities before booking.

Pros:

Very new residence building. Nice and clean. The staff is in only a couple of hours a day and is very kind and helpful. Very convenient parking included on the price. Short walk to the sea, and the beach, only 150 meters.

Cons:

Very limited kitchen equipment.
No extra toilet paper of trash bags.
No room cleaning services. You have to clean the room yourself.
This is a residence, so like you rent an apartment and have to fully service it yourself.

Pros:

The size of the apartment was awesome for European standards.

Cons:

The hotel was one establishment, the restaurant was another and the pool area was another, even though under one roof, these businesses have nothing to do with each other.

Pros:

Beautifully renovated building that was a former kindergarten school. It is still working on renovations otherwise, i would have rated it a 5 for property and immediate area. It has a private beach and a nice seafood restaurant attached to the resort hotel. The staff are first class. The suites include full kitchens and clothes washers and shower.

Comfortable stay near the beach!
Pros:

Everything was very clean and tidy. We felt very comfortable. It was very quiet and we had everything we needed. The check in process went very smooth and easy! There’s a terrace where you can sit outside and see the sunset over the sea. It’s very close to the beach. We liked staying at the Residence.
