Pros:

I will have to say that my stay at the court was not a memorable one the ladies and housekeepers were not friendly they did not want to come and clean my apartment when I've asked there was no hot water there was no free Wi-Fi like they said the hot water was turned off more than once there was no electricity I had to ask for basic toiletries it was not a memorable experience you do not have privacy they come into your apartment when you're not there they accuse me of breaking something when I know for a fact I didn't break it because I couldn't use the shower it is not a place that I recommend for anyone to stay at it was just not a very memorable experience so please take heed and find other accommodations that will be more memorable for you to stay at because it does not live up to a expectations at all they offered you free breakfast we only got breakfast one time they didn't bring it anymore after that the staff argued with you so needless to say that I will not be patronizing them or offering them my business again

Great place to stay with family and friends and the safe are very nice people. I would definitely recommend anyone and I would be coming back

I loved everything about my stay at de ace court the people are so nice and they welcome you with a warm heart. The girls are great that work there… and the owner is a great person. I would be coming back ☺️

Pros:

I initially booked this place for one night because I wasn’t sure how the place was going to be and also the price threw me off a bit. I thought the price was a bit low. De Ace court caught me by surprise. If I’m not boasting I would say it’s one of the most beautiful, cleanest and cozy places I have stayed in Ghana. The staff were very respectful and security was top notch. The owner was very respectful, responsible, and kind gentleman. His service was top notch. I will not hesitate to rebook this place again. Transportation and restaurants were easily accessible. You will not regret booking this place especially with the current electricity situation in Ghana. This place have a standby generator as well.
