Nice room n staff

The room was spotless, staff were good and willing to refund me because I had spent only one night instead of two because my flights got delayed, but expedia is yet to refund me

The location is absolutely excellent on top of the hill. We loved that, the staff were so helpful, accommodating, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. They made our stay the best they could. However, the premises itself is shabby, needs updating and a good tidy up. With some investment, it could be so much nicer, comfortable and modern.

The biggest frustration is how limited the menu, food and drinks options are. Too many times meals on the menu were not available and similarly with the drinks.

Our biggest complaint is with the breakfast. It was poor, the food was cold and it was certainly not a buffet. It was billed as a buffet breakfast of local and continental options. During the week only omelette, salad and bread was available. On the weekend there was also rice, cow skin and sometimes chicken. However, the food was cold, it was not self service and we were only allowed one serving.

I would strongly recommend that the management look into these issues and make improvements. It has great potential, but currently it is letting itself down. I doubt I'd stay there again.

The dining options weren’t flexible, they didn’t even care about my allergies.
The staff are not proactive.

I got there and was told they didn’t receive my booking from Expedia and also the hotel is fully booked. I haven’t received any refund yet but this is not right coming all the way just to be stranded and loosing extra money
