The road leading to the place is very terrible. Honestly if you asked me, not worth the trip. Tho the service was great;( special recognition to Priscilla for her great customer service) I regretted going there, especially coming from where I came from.
Had to deal with the ac water dripping on us through out when we lay in bed. They did offer to change the room but there was no point because we were scheduled to leave anyway.

It was an overall great experience. The staff were really friendly and professional. Other than the road leading to the hotel, their facility was good, and housekeeping was good too.

I liked my room view would have been excellent if it was a balcony access assess to the sea was not constructed breakfast was ok i liked the fresh juices

The property had a very friendly staff and it was clean.
However, the property is advertised as an All Inclusive resort on the Expedia app but is not an All Inclusive resort as most people understand those words to mean. We were informed when we arrived that the All Inclusive has nothing to do with food or drinks just with "activities". I paid extra for "all inclusive" when I got there only to find out later that this extra payment still didn't include Cokes, Beer, or other alcoholic drinks. The All Inclusive I added on was for the basic food on the menu, water, coffee and juices. Please be aware that what you are booking on this app does NOT include unlimited food and drinks!
