Tisztaság nem volt megfelelő.A velnes lejárat,udvar koszos volt.A törölközők rossz szagúak voltak.
Szabad wellness és társalgó részleg nagyon jó. Csak ajánlani tudom bárkinek aki ezt a szállást választja
A wc-ben nagyon nehezen/lassan megy a ciz
pokoj czysty, wystarczające wyposazenie, jacuzzi bardzo przyjemne, tenis stołowy
Priestranné ubytovanie s moderne vybaveným kuchynským kútom. Na udržiavanom dvore je menší bazén s čistou vodou v ktorom sme sa mohli schladiť. A v suteréne sme mohli bez obmedzení využívať jacuzzi. Na dovolenku sme si priviezli bicykle, ktoré nebol problém bezpečne zamknúť na dvore. Domáci povolili aj na apartmáne. Počas pobytu sa pokazila roleta, čo sa môže stať. Pán domáci problém okamžite riešil.
Asi nič. Všetko podľa očakávaní.

Közel volt minden a szàllàshoz így gyalogosan is kényelmesen lehetett közlekedni
Fontos volt hogy legyen szauna is a szálláson, viszont csak 1 napon tudtuk ezt használni mert másnap már érdekes módon "biztosíték hiba volt". Viszont az egységen semmilyen eltérés nem volt, ugyan úgy világítozz mint előző nap.
Illetve a takarításra nem fordítottak kelő időt!
Za posledních deset let jsme byli v Garda Wellness Apartmanház přibližně osm krát, vždy až na drobnosti jsme s pobytem a ubytováním byli spokojeni, proto jsme se rádi vraceli. Nicméně letos se plně projevilo, že se do ubytovacích prostor neinvestuje a ty postupem doby ztrácí původní kvalitu. V apartmánu byla nefunkční klimatizace bez dálkového ovladače, přístup do wellness byl pro hosty sice zachován, nicméně vířivka nefungovala správně. V předchozích letech trval jeden masážní cyklus cca 25 minut a měl tři fáze intenzity, tentokrát se po pěti minutách masážní cyklus zastavil. Ve wellness i jinde ve sdílených prostorách nebyl 100% pořádek, za celý týden jsme nepotkali nikoho z personálu s kým bychom stav mohli řešit. Do Hévízu se určitě vrátíme, ale ubytování budeme hledat jinde.

The location is very good. Just 8-10min walk from a lot of restaurants and a supermarket and 15min to Heviz Thermal Lake.
The environment is very calm.
There is a small pool that was often unoccupied and also a jacuzzi and a sauna in the basement.
The hostess was very kind and the apartment was comfortable. We had hot water all the time. The equipment was basic but it had everything we needed.
We were on the ground floor. When there were people in the jacuzzi room the sound resonates so we could hear them when they were speaking loudly and also listening to music (it wouldn't have been a problem if it wasn't at 8am...)
Also our apartment had a door connecting it to the adjacent apartment and we could hear our neighbors quite clearly, as if we were in the same room. If everyone is discreet and respects the other people's peace it's not a problem. However, when people ignore their crying children and let them scream for a long time and they laugh outside... It's a bit of a problem. Especially when a child wakes up at 6am screaming and the parents ignore it... However the host is not responsible for that behavior. Maybe a possible insulation of the door might be a useful thing.

- Airco couldn’t keep up with the summer temperatures
- Only possible to pay cash, it’s only 2025 ofcourse ;-)
- A short manual in a few languages from the owners how everything worked would be easy as we were greeted by one of the employees who didn’t speak English or German.
