No disclosure about lack of elevator to get to top floor, and confusing instructions about checking out of hotel.

Pros:

Not recommended, especially for older people and the handicapped. Very cramped, and up a very tight winding staircase. Another problem is the lack of communication. It was impossible to reach the host (a serious problem if there was an emergency or if the door codes didn’t work, and there’s no wifi.

Pros:

The room is very small. It doesn’t look as big as the photo appears to be. There is only one window. Outside the window there are garages. I made a request to have them cleaned. My request was ignored. When we checked out today, we were told to drop off our luggages with a guardian at the lobby. But the guardian never showed up. We were then told to drop our luggages in the office. We had to walk for about 18 minutes to drop our luggages in the office. The communication was poor.

Completely inaccurate description. Prepare to walk up & down 5 flights on a small circular wooden staircase w your luggage and to hear everyone else struggling to do so. Unlike the listing, NO separate bedroom, NO WiFi, ZERO responses to outreach, NO cooktop, No room for a chair or desk in the room nor a lobby to sit somewhere while other person sleeps. You need to turn sideways to close the bathroom door and I’m thin! Completely absent management/service to fix WIFI. A poorly run mess.

Listing is completely inaccurate. They don’t reply to outreach. You are abandoned in their poorly run, tiny dorm room with no place to sit, no WIFI, nobody answering, after walking up the 5 flights with your luggage. Also no cooktop. This might all be fine for you if you chose it based on an accurate listing, but we chose a different experience vs what they delivered. Also stayed at a Citadines, which was fabulous and accurately listed.

Pros:

Les équipements annoncés sur Hotel.com ne sont pas dans la chambre. La chambre est minuscule. Pas de chaise ou de table. C’est un dortoir. En plus on nous a dit que le paiement n’était pas passé alors que le souci était au niveau de l’hôtel même.
