Appartement très propre et fonctionnel. quartier calme, quelques difficultés pour se garer si vous avez une voiture mais c'est habituel pour la région parisienne 😁. Petit plus, une belle terrasse accessible à tous sur le toit avec vue sur la Seine, la défense et surtout.... La tour Eiffel !!!

First of all, they did not disclose that the service apartments are in a senior living facility. Not that it is a deal breaker but it would be nice to know in advance… I came here to work for a week. When I got to my apartment, there was no dish soap, trash bags, or scrubbers. Just odd. I went and bought some.

Then the WiFi. Non-existent. The router didn’t work so I called the front desk. They came and said it was a problem with the apartment and would have a tech out on Tuesday (this was Friday). He told me I could hop on other units for the time being.


Each unit I tried was hit or miss. They would constantly lose connections. On Tuesday, no tech came. I called and they said “sorry” well send someone tomorrow”.

No one ever came.


If you are a senior and don’t need to work, it might not be a big deal. I was THERE TO WORK.

I will not stay there again.

Sejour excellent avec un tres bo accueil. Je recommande.

Ma chambre présentait un chauffage démonté et poser à même le sol, ce sol gras et glissant dans toutes les pièces, je penche pour un produit mal rincé, quand je suis rentré de dîner je me suis rendu compte que tous les chauffages ne chauffaient pas correctement malgré le réglage au maximum et avec la nuit je me suis aussi aperçu qu'il n'y avait aucun volets ou rideaux occultants dans le salon où était la tv, pas cool avec tous les vis à vis !
Bref il était trop tard pour demander à changer de chambre, mais j'ai pu avec la gentillesse de l'accueil changer pour la deuxième nuit, quel bonheur d'avoir du chauffage en revanche toujours pas de rideaux, quel dommage !
Pour le petit déjeuner c'est aussi très moyen, c'est dommage car le reste est plutôt bien pour le prix proche de Paris.

Établissement pour (riches) seniors qui accieille quelques etudiants :noen sponsorisés", me cout est élevé mais le confort t le prix y sont.

本当にこの施設はやめておいた方がいいです、、。
ホテルと謳っていますが、恐らく元老人ホームで、せっかくのフランス旅行を過ごすべきではない場所です。
ベッドサイドのテーブルの引き出しには使用済みのティッシュが2つもあり、洗面所の下には使用済みのタオルが投げ捨ててあり、部屋にも怪しい穴がありました。
清掃が行き届いていなく、写真とは全く違った部屋のため、翌朝チェックアウトしたいと伝えましたが、「普段の清掃はしっかりと行っている」と謝罪はなく、ただただ言い訳を述べるのみでした。
結局翌日にはチェックアウトをし、新しいホテルを探しましたが短い間の旅行で大きなタイムロスと嫌な思い出を作ってしまいました。

写真ではとても良い場所に思えますが、予約するのはやめておいた方がいいと思います。
