Overall good for staying at safe & clean accommodation. Hard to find these apartments as these are old age apartments & different name displayed outside.

Second séjour chez Zenao Appart'hôtel le Raincy idéalement situé. Accueil très agréable, appartement propre et confortable. Nous reviendrons.

Calme est propre et magnifique

Nous avons été surpris de nous retrouver dans une sérioriale aucune indication de l'appart hôtel et mentionner à l'extérieur
Ce sont donc des chambres qui sont louées au milieu des appartements occupés par des personnes âgées
Pas de climatisation le confort de la literie très moyenne bref un peu déçu.

Je n’y ai pas dormi car on me demandait 40€ supplémentaire sur place (soit plus de la moitié du prix de la chambre à la nuit) . Il aurait été bon de le savoir avant de réserver.

Due giorni prima della partenza ci hanno cambiato struttura, avvicinandoci al centro di Parigi, sempre Zenao, nella zona di MONTREUIL, appartamento molto bello, moderno, con tutto quello che necessita per una vacanza con la famiglia, vicino alla metrò, centro commerciale, farmacia, ristoranti, siamo stati molto bene.

Tres calme on y dors tres bien et la cuisine est nickel.

On nous apprend par hasard que passé 19h30, l’arrivée sera surfacturée. Une fois arrivés on se rend compte que ce n’est pas un hôtel mais une résidence senior. On était 3, mais la chambre était équipée que pour 2… caution prise mais aucun retour d’info de caution une fois qu’on a quitté.

Huge 1 bedroom apartment but quite eerie as someone was hammering a nail on the wall at 2 o'clock in the morning.

Pas facile de trouver car aucune affiche ou panneau indiquant que l'hotel est à cette adresse, pas d'accueil physique après 20H juste un numéro de tél à contacter sur la réservation, par contre la personne est arrivée très vite et était très agréable, quartier top, calme avec resto et assez facile de trouver une place de parking à proximité

高齢者施設の空き部屋を利用したレジデンスホテルです。エントランスは門の奥にあり、またゼナオの看板も無いので少し分かり難いかも（施設名はStella)。部屋はリビングキッチン、寝室、バスと分かれており広くて清潔、快適でした。スタッフもフレンドリー。最寄りRER駅前から街路樹のある商店街が続き便利。すぐ近くにノートルダム教会があり周辺も美しいです。

I liked how quiet and peaceful it was

We're delighted. The apartment was large and clean. Easy to get to and from downtown Paris and the airport. RER is close Le Raincy is fantasic. 2 normal supermarkets, bakeries and fresh fruit and little parks all down the street, normal stuff is calm and easy. Staff at the property were very nice, check in and out all went very easily. It was a great stay.

We were surprised to learn that this apartment building is a retirement community. Contrary to what its listing says, it has no parking. The exterior doors are locked from 8 pm to 9 am.
