Bad
Cons:

I couldn't even get to the hotel, because the Google maps direction to the place was abysmal, so I had to withdraw at a point, because the road the Hotel was terrible.

Very very good and I promised to go back on a regular basis.
Pros:

The owners are really nice and very attentive to customers' needs.
Place look like a European chalet up in the mountains.
Very quiet, very cozy and warm. Many places to move around in the hotel like the dining areas, the compound, the tables outdoor. Food is served always on time and based on your preferences.

Decent, but kind of disappointing; they need to improve.
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty good, and the place was quiet.

Cons:

Booked A/C room but was given room without A/C, so had to ask to be given another room. Staff seemed unprepared for our coming. Water pressure is pretty bad, Wifi does not work, and, the road to the place is very bad.

The staff member who was looking after the vehiclcles was very helpful and welcoming

Pros:

Serene environment. The staff were exceptionally warm. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. At a point when I had difficulty locating the place they drove down to escort me back.
Breakfast was great!
Looking to escape the bustle of the city? This is it!

Cons:

The location is rather obscure and could use more signs to guide people in. For users of saloons/sedans and low clearance vehicles the ride could be a little tricky. Baths though clean could use a little specking. But as I observed, place is undergoing some renovations and this should improve

The communication,car service,food,location,room and reception

Cons:

The direction to the hotel cos there was no sign board at the junction to lead u on but the car service comes in to save that
