Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at The Haven. The aesthetics of the property is remarkable. The interior design signified opulence and comfort. The owner and staff paid special attention to every detail and catered to my every need during my stay. The cleanliness overall is impeccable; and the nature, landscaping, and peacocks offered an appeal of luxury and a great deal of serenity. The property has an exclusive touch which made me feel safe and secure. The Haven also accommodated me with things to do in the area. Traveling from America, The Haven gave the best hospitality I've ever experienced. I would refer anyone traveling to this region to book their stay. The Haven totally feels like a Home away from Home. It is a great place to stay during a holiday, get away, or just to reset. No matter the reason, you can trust to be served with Golden Hospitality at The Haven.

Pros:

I had an amazing time at The Haven, whete I spent three nights. The rooms are very well decorated, well designed, and comfortable. I had the Comfort Suite, which was unbelievable with its huge bathroom, kitchenette, and huge outdoor patio. The hotel was very valm, a very good place to recover after a long day at work, or to enjoy a little vacation. I had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, which is only open to guests. Food was always fresh and delicious, both rice dishes and ghanaian dishes. Staff is well trained, smiley, efficient and give yiu the space you need. Special mention to the owner/director, very present and extremely nice and accommodating. Note you can call in advance to get a car to pick you at the airport for a fee. Altogether an amazing boutique hotel, probably the best in Kumasi, at a reasonable price. I will be back. Gérard.
