Pros:

Very helpfull staff- super helpfull and took care of us and our child, they went above expectaions and made the stay memorable, nice calm and safe environment, beariful surrounding, good food.with a Nice and friendly chef.

Cons:

Prices a bit high (drinks), variety in brekfast (for a long stay)

The perfect getaway
Pros:

My stay at Serenity Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, there was a clear sense that this is a place where attention to detail and genuine hospitality are taken seriously.

The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Toller Ausblick, wunderbarer Pool und gesalzene Preise.
Pros:

Die Lage am Strand ist super, der Ausblick ist sehr schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es war sehr sauber. Der Pool war natürlich das Beste, weil man im Meer wirklich nicht Schwimmen gehen konnte, weil es extrem schmutzig war.

Cons:

Das Essen ist schon extrem teuer gewesen, vor allem gemessen an der Größe der Portionen. Umgerechnet 15-20 Euro für ein Essen ist ja sogar für europäische Verhältnisse viel. Das Essen war im Preis auch nicht enthalten. Daher sind wir meistens kurzerhand die paar Minuten zu den Strandbars gegangen und haben dort genauso gut, aber viel viel günstiger gegessen. (z.B. Dizzy Lizzys).

Im Meer konnte man nicht schwimmen gehen, weil es extrem schmutzig war. So viel Müll im Wasser habe ich noch nie gesehen. Ich war einmal kurz im Wasser und habe mich erstmal in einem Fischernetz verfangen, da war für mich Ende.

Top Lage - aber Standard rechtfertigt nicht den Preis
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit. Wir hatten die Villa mit zwei Schlafzimmern inkl. Frühstück gebucht und hier wurde uns morgens ein äußerst lecker Frühstück bereitet.

Zudem ist die Anlage sehr dicht am Strand

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und man viel Platz. Allerdings scheint es mittlerweile ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Schönheitsreparaturen wurden nicht durchgeführt und so funktionieren mal Lampen nicht, Steckdosen sind nicht bündig in der Wand montiert.

Die Küchenschränke sind ein wenig verzogen und einige Geräte funktionieren nur grundliegend . Es wäre daher wünschenswert die Unterkunft wieder auf den neusten Stand zu bringen.

Overpriced with sub 5 star amenities
Pros:

Good location, helpful staffs, good and affordable food.

Cons:

Definitely did not get value for money. Room was not well cleaned, almost no activity at all. Definitely does not deserve a 5 star rating..

Lovely but probably won’t be back again
Pros:

Very nice beachfront. Is clean and relaxing

Cons:

Extremely slow service. Had to wait 2hrs for food. On the last day of our stay, we were confined to our rooms because a conference was going on in the reception area which was very inappropriate. Then at checkout, we were ushered outside of the building where we settled our bill and properly checked out. Very unpleasant and unprofessional

My experience at Serenity Residences & Spa was nothing short of amazing. The service was utmost superb, especially from Mr. Raymond, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly stood out and made our stay unforgettable.
The view is absolutely beautiful, and the easy access to the beach made everything so convenient and relaxing. We also really appreciated the activity recommendations, which were thoughtfully suggested and added so much fun to our stay.

Really I have nothing to complain about.

Lovely location, great room and excellent service. Would like to see better food options for vegetarians and vegans.
Pros:

Very clean, loved the music and live performances. The staff were excellent!!

Cons:

Not enough sun lounges for guests. Breakfast seating was a little small for the number of guests. Wait time for food could be improved. Menu did not cater for vegetarians or vegans. Asked for extra fruits e.g pineapple and was told they were out of stock. This meant I had very little options for breakfast so didn’t bother to get any on the second morning.
