I reallyy enjoyed my stayed at serenity the staff were amazing 👌
Pros:

The property was very clean and everything is just like on the picture

Overpriced with sub 5 star amenities
Pros:

Good location, helpful staffs, good and affordable food.

Cons:

Definitely did not get value for money. Room was not well cleaned, almost no activity at all. Definitely does not deserve a 5 star rating..

Lovely but probably won’t be back again
Pros:

Very nice beachfront. Is clean and relaxing

Cons:

Extremely slow service. Had to wait 2hrs for food. On the last day of our stay, we were confined to our rooms because a conference was going on in the reception area which was very inappropriate. Then at checkout, we were ushered outside of the building where we settled our bill and properly checked out. Very unpleasant and unprofessional

Stay was very enjoayable and received good value for money
Pros:

Meals were good and affordable. The facility was neat well kept. Staff were very hospitable and very accommodating.

Pros:

My experience at Serenity Residences & Spa was nothing short of amazing. The service was utmost superb, especially from Mr. Raymond, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly stood out and made our stay unforgettable.
The view is absolutely beautiful, and the easy access to the beach made everything so convenient and relaxing. We also really appreciated the activity recommendations, which were thoughtfully suggested and added so much fun to our stay.

Cons:

Really I have nothing to complain about.

Lovely location, great room and excellent service. Would like to see better food options for vegetarians and vegans.
Pros:

Very clean, loved the music and live performances. The staff were excellent!!

Cons:

Not enough sun lounges for guests. Breakfast seating was a little small for the number of guests. Wait time for food could be improved. Menu did not cater for vegetarians or vegans. Asked for extra fruits e.g pineapple and was told they were out of stock. This meant I had very little options for breakfast so didn’t bother to get any on the second morning.

Disappointing
Pros:

The waiters were charming and helpful, but the chef needs to learn how to cook; I managed to teach him how to improve two of his dishes

Cons:

They need a manager with quality hotel experience and to get the bedrooms equipped properly with wardrobes, and shelves in the bathrooms to put washbags on.

The location is great, I enjoyed the close proximity to a quiet, beach.
Pros:

Location, on a quiet strip of beach, although the beach was not cleaned, there was a lot of shoes, plastic and textile waste. The intentionally of the interior design. The layout with balcony.

Cons:

It was not the right standard for the price. I understand that materials and labour can be difficult and finishing some times suffer. But for the price, you’d expect some better maintenance. The fridge was rusting, the shower head pipe was broken so the hand held couldn’t be used. The sheets had burn marks, towels rust stains.
