Pros:

Viihtyisä hotellin aula. Uima- altaat likaisia, ei hoidettu ollenkaan. Huone ok ja pesutilat. Aamiainen kohtalainen, ei ollenkaan mehua. Wifi toimi katkonaisesti. Huoneen valaistus hämärä, kaikki valot ei toimineet. Ilmastointi toimi.

Pros:

The room was neat but the AC was not working so we had to be moved to another room only to find out the next morning that the windows had not been closed behind the curtains and there were mosquitos all over the room and had bitten my 9 months baby all over the face you could see bite marks all over her face! Our experience before that had been hectic bcos one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was their swimming pool but we got there and the pool was so dirty! So for our 4 days stay there my children could not swim bcos the staff could not tell when the pool will be cleaned next😡.
I had booked an executive room for my inlaws too only to get there and the rooms were below standard not worth the amount being charged. The only room that was passable had no working AC so now we had to go around Cape Coast looking for another hotel to book them into....so inconvenient.
I will never go back and will definitely not recommend....so many other things happened there that made our stay so stressful and not worth the amount of money charged...feel cheated

Pros:

Room was old. When I arrived it was smelly and the bed wasn't made. No pillowcases on pillows, stained Floor. Receptionist was rude.
Upon Check out they forced me to pay a second time. It was already Prepaid to Expedia, but they told me that they don't accept that payment. Also when an Expedia agent talked to them they refused and forced me even to pay a higher rate.
