Fantástico!
Pros:

Este hotel é fantástico. A equipe é extremamente bem preparada e muito atenciosa — todos foram muito simpáticos conosco. Rafael e Lilian, muito obrigado pela hospitalidade!
A localização é um pouco afastada do centro, mas nada que comprometa a estadia na cidade. Pelo contrário, isso ajuda a preservar a tranquilidade do lugar, longe do barulho e da agitação do centro.
O quarto era muito confortável e o café da manhã simplesmente espetacular. A equipe foi inclusive flexível em nos oferecer o café antes do horário habitual, para atender à nossa necessidade de sair cedo para alguns passeios — um gesto que demonstra grande atenção com os hóspedes.
A decoração e o jardim merecem uma atenção especial. A sensação é de estar em um pequeno museu, repleto de peças peculiares e elementos da cultura guatemalteca. Para quem aprecia ambientes ricos em cultura e história, é um lugar realmente especial.

This hotel is fantastic. The staff is extremely well prepared and very attentive — everyone was incredibly kind to us. Rafael and Lilian, thank you very much for your hospitality!
The location is a bit away from the city center, but it does not affect the stay at all. On the contrary, it helps preserve a peaceful atmosphere, away from the noise and bustle of downtown.
The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was simply spectacular. The team was also flexible enough to offer us breakfast before the usual time, so we could leave early for some tours — a gesture that shows genuine care for the guests.
The decoration and the garden deserve special attention. The feeling is like being inside a small museum, full of unique pieces and elements of Guatemalan culture. For those who enjoy culturally rich environments, it is truly a wonderful place.

Belle maison qui pourrait être améliorée!
Pros:

Bel hôtel avec une décoration restée dans son jus. Le patio est très agréable pour prendre un petit déjeuner au soleil sous les jacarandas et le rooftop avec la vue sur les volcans est parfaite pour prendre un verre le soir.

Cons:

Malheureusement les fenêtres ne sont absolument pas insonorisées ce qui nous a poussé à changer de chambre.
Le personnel pourrait être plus présent. Nous nous sommes sentis parfois chez quelqu’un et non dans un hôtel.
En revanche le jardinier est super présent et très gentil.

Pros:

La decoración de mi habitación era preciosa con muchos detalles y limpia. Los jardines son bellos y la terraza te deja ver el volcán de agua y el de fuego. El desayuno muy bueno. Valoro sobretodo el buen servicio, siempre todos son muy amables e incluso te llevan sin costo en su vehículo al centro o sus alrededores.

Un havre de paix au coeur d'Antigua
Pros:

L'hôtel est magnifique, avec une architecture et une décoration particulièrement belles. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, et le jardin est un véritable havre de paix, rempli de fleurs tropicales. La terrasse est parfaite pour prendre le petit déjeuner face au volcan de Agua. Le personnel est très agréable, très efficace et peut réserver des transferts vers les autres destinations touristiques. Un séjour coup de cœur !

Amazing stay
Pros:

The staff was incredible Saulo , Manuel and Carolina. They were very knowledgeable. Their attention to detail and personal service was truly extraordinary. The hotel provided wonderful hospitality and served a delicious breakfast. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Antigua.

Other than the noise from the street and the hot room. We enjoy the place.
Pros:

The place is pretty, breakfast delicious. The view to the volcano spectacular.

Cons:

The room (No. 2), very hot and humid, the big noise from the street until 10:30pm and then starts at 5:30am (big buses, motorcycles). No A/C in the room, yes it has a standing up fan and a humidifier that makes lots of noise. Our room was facing the main street.
